Nessy Bomber oh they will show you the building and tell you "here we do services to seal families together for eternity" etc. They don't tell you about the original blood oath, or about how the anointing process used to go (hint: it involved a lot more touching). They also leave out the first and second tokens of the aaronic and melkezidek priesthoods. Don't show you the signs that go with them either, such as the sign of the nail and the sure sign of the nail. You don't even get to see the celestial-featured blockbuster film starring Adam and Eve. Nothing secret though, because they let you see the pretty rooms and tell you families are forever!

but no one is wearing the outfit. no one shake hand with the sure sign of the nail. no one is rubbing oil on your privates. o wait I was told not to say what happens in the temple. how men and women are slip on different side of the room. how the women are told then are below their husbands and have to do what they are told. even an 12 boy has more power over any female. I can't say that you have to chant "O god, Hear the words of my mouth" Three time and then Satan come(In a video when Adam say it) or how they even when speak the works " The Lion, the Tigger and the Bear" (o my[ think of wizard of OZ[)

I am not twisting the truth. you most not go to the temple often. do then not say "O God, Hear the words of my mouth" three times while lowering their arms each time.(a bit different then the common worship arm lowering) they wear a green apron(the fig leaf) that Satan told them(Adam and Eve to wear) this is the focus point of the groin and worn through most of the ritual. then they wear a White robe but can not figure out what side to have the open the right shoulder or the left. then a sash and a hat that has a string(ribbon) to tie to the robe so it wont fall off(female wear a veil) is this wrong. What did you think your bishop would do if they say what you replied to me that is not Mormon like.

Hunter, actually, you do. The church rejects the baptisms of others. Don't try denying it, either. Missionaries often don't listen when "investigators" explain that they're already baptized in another faith. Plus, the church has no ministers. I rarely hear discussions of Jesus or the Old Testament from people who "give testimony." It's why the three hours can be a crushing bore.

Example they all say most of the ordinaces are "sacred" . or they will say how did you feel while watching the video on Joseph Smith . They are so caught up with their "feelings" as though its some kind of message from god.

Check out the descriptions of Solomon’s temple for the Lord in the Bible (like 2nd Chronicles chapters 2 and 3). Only the best of materials were gathered to build it. The temple is meant to glorify God and help His people make covenants to serve the Lord. While I do understand the argument that money used for temples could have been used for other purposes like serving the poor, I believe that when people make covenants in the temple and dedicate themselves more fully to God, they become a people more able to help and serve the poor. I think the Lord can also bring such a people the abundance they need be like leaven and lift a society from all kinds of pain and suffering, including poverty. My two cents.

I have the accounts of many former members who felt distressed by the rituals performed in the temple. Especially the washings and anointing before the changes were made. Many say they felt molested under that piece of CLOTH with open sides when an old person would reach in and touch their naked body. Others have said they felt deep disappointment that the rituals main event is the watching of a movie. Women felt disrespected and second class by the wording of certain vows. Of course, in the last few years much of these things have been changed. To each his own.

I actually went into a Mormon Temple in my city before it was dedicated. We didn’t get to go into all the rooms. If I remember correctly we didn’t go in the room where marriage ceremonies take place, and we didn’t see the bath where baptisms take place. I think I was allowed to see the room where the bride gets ready, but since I am female I did not get to go into the room where the groom gets ready before the ceremony. I did have to wear those things over my shoes. This was over 22+ years ago. So I might be wrong on a few things.

I’m a Mormon. We should believe the Scriptures, not man. And the Scriptures testify the Mormon Church is the only true Church of Jesus Christ on Earth. But if something is taught that can't be verified by Scripture, think twice about believing it. I understand why so many people are leaving the church. Many false doctrines exist causing countless KZfaq videos mocking Mormonism. False doctrines like grandpa gods, (God the Father has a father), Mormons becoming gods of their own planets, Adam helped create the earth, Christ and Satan are brothers, God the Father has rarely spoken in Scripture, the African Americans were bad in the pre-existence; all of which no Scripture verifies. And each Sunday the Sacrament is tainted because only Elders and Priests can administer but the Deacons prepare/administer, and the Teachers pass/administer the Sacrament. (D&C 20:57) And the Lord says, He’s bound when we do what He says but if not there is no promise. (D&C 82:10) …that the scriptures might be fulfilled; for ye shall do according to that which is written. (D&C 24:14) And we wonder why there’s depression, mental illness and other unspeakable events among us? And many are leaving the church because if you don't fit the mold the church leaders sculpture you're not a part of the click. Mormons believe the church leaders over Scripture. The zealous believers have the church leaders in mind with everything thing they think say and feel testifying to impress others how much they believe the current church leaders are God-inspired. But the Scriptures reveal the church leaders are the problem with the entire Planet. For example, In 2 Thessalonians chapter 2 we are informed of a person revealed as the son of perdition. This son of perdition sits in the temple of God making himself God or above all that is called God. Therefore, if the Mormon Church is the only true church, then the only person 2 Thessalonians chapter 2 could be talking about is the current Mormon prophet. For what other church is the one and only true Church with temples? And Joseph Smith taught a son of perdition can only be a church member holding all the rites of God's priesthood and using the priesthood against God as did Judas. Therefore, who else other than the current Mormon prophet could the apostle Paul be speaking of? It's as plain as the nose on a face. And even God in the Doctrine and Covenants tells us about the current church leaders and how displeased He is saying the end of this world will begin among them. (D&C 112:23-26) Joseph Smith taught the false doctrine of grandpa gods (God the Father has a father) not over the pulpit as a prophet but as a sermon at a funeral, which should not be taken as Scripture fulfilling God’s sayings to Paul, And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: (2 Thessalonians 2:11) That they might be damned who believed not the truth….(2Thessalonians 2:12) And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations. (Revelation 13:7) (D&C 112:23-26) And the current Mormon prophet is the son of perdition because he has all the saints believing God our Heavenly Father was created by a being greater than Himself but Scripture says there is no greater than our God. (Hebrews 6:13) Therefore, the son of perdition has all the saints breaking the first commandment God gave Moses, Thou shalt have no other gods before me. Does it make sense to reasonable thinking that God would command we have no other gods before Him but really there are? Does He not want us to know this? Why is it a secret? There’s a reason He commanded to have no other gods before Him. Because by believing in false grandpa gods the saints believe our God is an infinitely lesser God putting Lucifer before God. And the moment we put a god before our God, our God becomes an infinitely lesser God. Not only that, our God also becomes a liar. He and the Scriptures says He is the greatest of all. He and the Scriptures says He is the Most High God. He and the Scriptures say He created all things. And in the Scriptures He says over and over there are no gods beside Him. (Isaiah 44:6) (Isaiah 44:8) (Isaiah 45:22) (Hebrews 6:13) Therefore, the saints believing there are gods before Him is the saints believing the son of perdition or the current Mormon prophet over the Scriptures and calling God and the Scriptures a lie. And Isaiah warns, Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! (Isaiah 5:20) The saints call the son of perdition (President Nelson) good and good (Jesus Christ) evil. Because President Nelson says Christ and His Father are liars and fosters the false doctrines. Peter, John, Paul, Alma, Nephi, Lehi, Jacob and all the canonized prophets would not allow false doctrines from the Adversary but President Nelson does. President Nelson says Christ did not create all things. (John 1:1-3) Matter/energy cannot be created or destroyed the scientists say therefore the son of perdition or President Nelson says the grandpa gods created these calling Christ and the Scriptures a lie. Well did Abinadi warn the wicked king Noah and his priests, Have ye taught this people that they should observe to do all these things for to keep these commandments? (Mosiah 13:25) I say unto you, Nay; for if ye had, the Lord would not have caused me to come forth and to prophesy evil concerning this people. (Mosiah 13:26) And what is the commandment Abinadi taught that the people do not obey? Thou shalt have no other God before me. (Mosiah 12:35) Know ye not that I speak the truth? Yea, ye know that I speak the truth; and you ought to tremble before God. (Mosiah 12:30) And it is a false doctrine to say God our Heavenly Father has rarely spoke to us in Scripture. (3 Nephi 27:26), (3 Nephi 24:1). (2 Nephi 31:20), (2 Nephi 31:11) (D&C 49:20) Beware of the doctrine of the scribes and Pharisees, which are today’ Church leaders. (Matthew 16:6-12)

Bruh, it’s really not rare or secret. Literally anyone can go inside before the dedication. We aren’t hiding anything, we just want a space for us to worship and reflect and commune with God. If there’s an open house, you can go in. There were many times I took friends to those open houses to show what inside looks like. Also with posthumous baptisms, we believe the person we’re doing it for can accept or reject the ordinance, it’s just an option if they desire it.

"Otherwise, what will those do who are baptized for the dead? If the dead are not raised at all, why then are they baptized for them?" Since baptisms for the dead was a practice of the church in that time, he asks why the dead are baptized for if there be no resurrection.

@@f.r.etling6226 Except that it's not Christian. According to it, God wasn't God and Jesus wasn't Christ. Black people are black, because they rebelled against "God" (who was basically just an alien, like "Satan" and Jesus and everyone else) and you need to wear "magic Mormon underwear". To say it's "not that different from other Christian religions" means you either haven't actually taken the time to look into its contents or lack any kind of theological sense. I'm not thoroughly against it IF it never, ever tries to fool anyone about the actual contents of their religion. It is not Christianity and to try to market is such is what I'd have a problem with. That would make it similar to dangerous mystery religions like Catholicism and Scientology. But, like Jehovah's Witnesses, I suspect they have a cult mentality towards apostates or proselytes. They are very courteous people towards outsiders, but I suspect that courtesy does not extend to those who leave this religion or reject inheriting it.

No, we don't wander naked in the temple - we wear white robes and clothing 3. No, we don't molest children - that's the FLDS you're thinking about, which is a disappointment and abomination in our eyes 4. @Mister Privacy Joseph Smith and Paul the apostle were actually very similar. They were both liked and disliked by a lot of people, and they were both apostles (you have the freedom to believe whether joseph smith is a more modern day apostle or not, I'm just saying what we believe). Paul's gospel was apparently incomplete at that point in time, so Joseph's "gospel" was added to it to strengthen it. If that's not enough proof for you, I'll quote from the bible so I'm in your atmosphere, although this verse doesn't talk about paul: Ezekiel 37 : 19 - Say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I will take the stick of Joseph, which is in the hand of Ephraim, and the tribes of Israel his fellows, and will put them with him, even with the stick of Judah, and make them one stick, and they shall be one in mine hand. Edit: our version of that verse may be slightly different, but it still mentions the stick of joseph (the book of mormon) and the stick of judah (the bible) becoming one to make a complete gospel. However, I wouldnt say Joseph Smith had a seperate gospel, he just added to the original.

@monocuco818
@monocuco818 4 жыл бұрын
@Mister Privacy First of all was it Paul's gospel or was it Christ's? He taught Christ's gospel. What is Christ's gospel? Christ's gospel is how salvation comes through Him and by no other way can we come to the Father, but through His Son and our Savior, Jesus Christ. How are we saved through Christ? By accepting Him as our Savior. We do this by choosing to believe in Him, have faith in Him and repent of our sins. This leads us to be baptized by water and with the Holy Ghost as the "gate" to which we enter. We then continue to believe, develop faith and repent when we make mistakes. We participate in the sacrament to renew this baptismal covenant. These are the things that Paul was talking about. This is the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Anybody who adds or takes away from this central gospel will be cursed. If you compare what Christ's apostles taught in the early church and what the current Apostles teach now from Joseph Smith to the current prophet, you will be taught the same gospel. That is, Christ is the center and salvation only comes through Him. There is no difference between the gospel taught in the Bible, Book of Mormon or by the Apostles today. The stories and examples change but the core doctrine remains unchanged. The only difference, is that in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is that Christ continues to guid His church. He directs us as times change and the world changes. The other thing is this... We interpret the scriptures according to the revelation received by God, not by "private interpretation" of man. Private interpretation has led to the "christian" churches changing the gospel that was taught by Peter and Paul. For example... where did Paul teach that children need to be baptized? Christ said that children were innocent. This is a doctrine that the Catholic church "added" to the gospel of Christ. It is wrong and they perverted the gospel of Christ. Others say that you do not to be baptized by immersion, yet that is what was taught by Peter and Paul. Those who do not baptize by the authority given from God, have taken away from the gospel of Jesus Christ. So, in other words. The gospel that Christ RESTORED through Joseph Smith is the very same gospel that He taught when He called the 12 apostles and commanded them to go out and bring souls unto Christ. It is the very same gospel that Paul and Peter taught, only it has been restored in its entirety through living Prophets and Apostles.

We actually study through the year the New and Old testament, through the year, then the b.o.m., and then start over at the beginning of the next yrs, I am convert of 45 yrs, so I've studied all of it these many years. Christ told us we would inherit all the Father has, this includes his intelligence, he is a being and we are created in his likeness and image, yes, Joseph saw him, and said to him, Joseph, this is is my beloved son, hear him. Go to LDS.org and speak to live missionaries. The church quit baptising holocaust people. The point is, Christ established a church, with many positions and before he left he said, to preach his gospel and baptize, and that is very important, everyone will have some type of glory and happiness except for those who go to perdition, but to become as God the Father is, you would have to live like Christ does now. Every person will here Christs gospel and can accept baptism or not when their turn comes. There are no real fires in perdition, it's the horrific anxiety that feels like fire if you don't do those things you know you should or sin against the holy spirit. The Apostle Paul said that he didn't want his righteousness he wanted the Lords. Please gain a better understanding of the Bible. If you have a part to play in your salvation then you make Jesus's death on the cross vain. Why are you trying to buy something that has already been given. And salvation for Mormons is nothing more than being raised from the dead. We know better, we know what God has told us. That we will spend eternity in heaven with him through faith in his son Jesus Christ the son of God God In the Flesh. Jack Tripper, with regard to "magical under wear," Mormons have no official belief in magical underwear. Those who have received the endowment in a temple wear a garment under their outer clothing that serves as a reminder to them of the covenants they have made. We believe that keeping those covenants brings the blessings and protection of God. It is obedience to commandments that brings this power, not the cloth. Like Samson's hair, the garment is not, itself, the source of strength.

It doesn't make sense that a person has to wear special underwear to remind them of the so called covenants that they have made. One would think that belief is actually a mental process and that should be enough. However, if people are so gullible that they think special clothes will help them with remembering their "covenants" then they may have some problems with actual belief to begin with. Mormons can't think rationally for one reason and one reason only. They will go to extremes to assuage their basic belief that death is final. People who turn to Mormonism, or any religion, is nothing but a hollow attempt to fool themselves into believing that their precious lives must live forever. Religion is nothing more than self-deception and foolhardy attempts to cling onto something that they probably know, down deep, is nothing but a fraud. There are far more atheists in this world than are given credit.

@@kristinaruiz3645 Please stop it with your false accusations, we believe Joseph Smith was a prophet of God, that's it. We don't worship or follow prophets, prophets point us to follow Christ's example, why do you think we have so many cultural rules? These cultural rules are guide lines for members to follow Christ's example such as modest dressing. In the Bible a repetitive pattern occurs, Truth > Reject Christ and Prophets/Apostles > Apostasy & False Doctrine > Restoration of Truth > Truth, and this cycle repeats again and again. As a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints I believe once the ancient people rejected and killed the Apostles the people walked into apostasy and false doctrine again. The ancients were never able to endure truth without the help of prophets or apostles so I don't believe today's people don't need help of prophets and apostles. We believe Christ's Church was lost to the Great Apostasy completed by the council of Nicaea, and took approximately 1500 years to restore. It's thanks to people like Martin Luther and others who protested against the corrupted ancient Roman Emperors in historical time to gain access to the scriptures. Once people gained access they began building churches and teaching doctrines based on their own interpretation of the Bible even though the Bible strictly teaches the Lord's Church is founded upon apostles and prophets. In the 19th century when people became full of Christian excitement, we call the second great awakening for the gathering of Israel and restoration of the truth. I believe Christ restored the priesthood of God and the fullness of the gospel through the Prophet Joseph Smith. The Book of Mormon is in harmony with the Bible, both giving the same teachings and resolves the debates about the Bible. Has it ever wondered you why the Bible stopped increasing? Here's why; 2 Tim 4:3-4 3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; 4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. Then look what The Book of Mormon teaches; 2 Nephi 28:8-9 8 And there shall also be many which shall say: Eat, drink, and be merry; nevertheless, fear God-he will justify in committing a little sin; yea, lie a little, take the advantage of one because of his words, dig a pit for thy neighbor; there is no harm in this; and do all these things, for tomorrow we die; and if it so be that we are guilty, God will beat us with a few stripes, and at last we shall be saved in the kingdom of God. 9 Yea, and there shall be many which shall teach after this manner, false and vain and foolish doctrines, and shall be puffed up in their hearts, and shall seek deep to hide their counsels from the Lord; and their works shall be in the dark. If you have any questions about The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, just ask. Mormon 9:7-9 7 And again I speak unto you who deny the revelations of God, and say that they are done away, that there are no revelations, nor prophecies, nor gifts, nor healing, nor speaking with tongues, and the interpretation of tongues; 8 Behold I say unto you, he that denieth these things knoweth not the gospel of Christ; yea, he has not read the scriptures; if so, he does not understand them. 9 For do we not read that God is the same yesterday, today, and forever, and in him there is no variableness neither shadow of changing?

I suppose those who wish to take offense, may choose to do so, even though we continually do all we can not to offend. There are things private in everyone's relationships with family, spouse, friends etc... that would not be appropriate to share publicly. These are ordinances between us and God that are sacred and private. Only a conman would sell you dead can be baptized or dead can bury dead people. I did find Mat. 22:23-32 which JESUS states the Sadducces err in the scriptures so obviously the bible isn't corrupted like JS stated. JESUS also states there are no marrages nor giving in marriage. The woman is not sealed to any of the 7 men because we will be like angles not gods debunking Joseph Smith's invention. I'm so confused right now, my head is spinning. I joined this church a year ago because I married a guy who is a member of this church. I haven't been to the temple, but the message being delivered by this video really shock me to the core because during all the church services they speak about God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit as one, I've never heard anyone trying to seclude the 3. They also pray to God the creator of the heavens and earth in the name of Jesus Christ, I've never heard the name "Elohim" being mentioned in the church. And frankly speaking the members are so well behaved and caring compared to the brothers and sisters I was fellowshipping with before (I grew up in a charismatic church and I was a member until I got married). I've also observed that the husbands from this church genuinely respect their marriages, which is very rare in most churches because you will find the male leaders manipulating the sisters inside and outside the church and sleep with them. Probably I'm a member of a different LDS church because this church has taught me the significance of keeping the commandments of Jesus Christ.

And, It’ll help a lot of people for a long long time. There’s a place for helping the needy such as the poor and The Church does do. It’s reasonable to spend a lot of money on a House of the Lord that can stand for a thousand years. If it were designed to last only a few years or decades then yes maybe, yet, not for a building to last a millenium.

To clarify some of what CNN said (I don’t think they sent the best description), these temples are really meant to be kept sacred and holy, so we do have what we call “temple recommends” given out by church leaders after a nice little interview to enter the temple and perform “ordinances”. There’s all kinds of these ordinances, and they’re actually a bit of a big deal, so that’s why we typically don’t just allow people to walk in and spectate (I myself am not able to do all the ordinances because I’m not old enough, so far just baptisms). Anyway, hope that helped clarify some things, we’re honestly super welcoming of people to enter our church meetings, but temples are something quite different and special; meant for members to show their faith and humility, while feeling peace, have some reflection, and receive in return other blessings. Super intriguing though idk everything myself, so you could search up some things in the Gospel Library app (unfortunately corona virus made it so our church meetings are now taking place at home with families).

Again CNN PROVES they don't know squat about what they are talking on. "Rare"? look inside 'secretive' Mormon Temple. First- let's address the "RARE"... whenever The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints builds a new temple, they have a period of a few months prior to the dedication during which the temple is open to the public. This is specifically so people can come and enjoy the beauty and feeling of being in a House of The Lord. After the Temple has been dedicated, then only persons whom are living the standards and covenants of the Church and hold a Temple Recommend which they obtain from their Bishop/Branch President attesting to the fact that they are living worthily of coming into a House of The Lord. Yes, there are ordinances performed that the general public is not to see and/or participate in for the pure and simple reason that if they don't understand the lesser laws of the Gospel, they would not understand the higher laws. As for them being "secrets"- they are not. Anyone that wants to join the Lord's church and live the standards is welcome and, indeed, wanted to come to the Temple and learn the Higher laws. So, as you can see... the Temples are neither 'secret' nor is seeing the inside 'rare'. YourConscience

Jack Tripper, with regard to "secret hand shakes," I assume you're referring to certain gestures and grips that are part of the endowment ceremony held in temples. That ceremony is a series of covenants with God. People going through it promise to live their lives in a righteous and moral way. There are some symbolic gestures used in the ceremony, including hand grips. The entire ceremony is viewed as private and sacred, so it is not discussed in detail outside the temple.

It's an everlasting Covenant with the sure mercies of David aka Resurrection. Isa. 55:1-3, Acts 13:34, Dan. 9:27, Ps. 16:10. This is hardly the covenants sold by your LDS corporation's wide road and locked doors. Tell me Miles, do all Mormons have the same willingness to lie for the sake of your Corporation? What did Joseph Smith call his lies? Was it "lying for the lord"? Eat and you shall be as gods was satan's 1st lie. It's sad to see you're still selling it today.

@@rickhuntling7338 Nope Rick we only have one God, God the Father. Jesus worships the father as we do. However Christ is a God, the Son of God. And the Holy Ghost bare witness of God the Father and his son. That is how it works brother. So we do not have any other Gods before us. Nope anyone is free to pay tithing which is a Biblical teaching I might add. You want to go to the temple then pay tithe and keep the other commandments. No one is forced to pay tithing and go to the temple. Nope denying temple recommends was based on linage but skin color. It was up to 1978 not 1983. You also need to read the BoM and not just read anti talking points the curse was due to disobedience. So are you saying other Christian religions were not racist? If you say yes you are quite ignorant of history. Our church its quite mild compared to others. Matter of fact Joseph Smith the great prophet of Christ taught that blacks should be able to vote, etc. when many of the churches of the day were quite deep in slavery, etc. something our church was not involved in. Yep Jesus is the gate but he also teaches to keep the commandments. So it’s free but not without commitments. Christ asks much of us. Yep the resurrection is free to all, but eternal salvation is a gift he gives us after we chose to follow him and keep his commandments. Anyone can come into our chapels but the temple is higher covenants. Look back in Bible history and tell me they let anyone enter the temple particularly the holy of holies. Tell me --- why you lie, out of ignorance or other? You also may want to look at the past history of Christianity as the teachings of being able to become like God, be Gods, which does not mean God the Father and his Son are not our Gods. What is really sad is to see how ignorant you are? I hope you repent one day and your heart is opened to see how satan has deceived you. You know Rick yo do not of course have to believe in anything we teach but you can at least not bare false witness.

Ariel Gibson so it’s sacred to act out your own death when you take an oath to slit your neck, be disembowled, & tongue ripped out if you ever divulge anything that goes on in the temple? It was disturbing. This went on pre-1990 Joseph & Brigham put that into the ceremony & it was done until 1990 when they changed it. It’s disgusting & not of God. Not something he would have anyone promise to allow to happen or put on anyone else. It’s not sacred in there, it’s secret....and for good reason in their minds. 😕

The Masonic temples and LDS temples share a lot of iconography, but they are different things. Some members of the church, particularly early on, were members of the mason houses. For them they treated it more as a fraternity and a self improvement organization designed for mentoring and self improvement, but others view it as a religion... so its a bit difficult and at times people get the LDS church and the Masonic Faith mixed up.

Here's another one...Ephesians 2:8-9 "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." Baptism does not save. It is rather an outward demonstration of the inward faith in Christ that exists. ONLY Jesus saves as we see in Acts 4:12 "Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved." This passages references Jesus Christ, Messiah, God, Savior.

I visited the Temple and wanted access to see inside and how they worship JESUS. It was so beautiful outside I figured it would be beautiful inside as well. The golden statue were a cross might be was lifted up so high. Then security stopped me and said without a recommendation your not allowed inside and you in those filthy clothes you're definitely not gaining access even if it were an openhouse. He then said to move my old truck it's an eye-sore, Starting now you got 30 minutes to vacate or that rust bucket will be towed at your expense. I didn't know what to do having no gas nor money to buy any. I was lucky to roll my home in off the busy street to this majestical church's parking lot of GOD. Then I remember "ask and you shall recieve" so I prayed to JESUS with eyes closed and head bowed. I needed gas or were I lay my head at night would be lost. Then in gronning prayer a warmth of love surrounded me and I felt more love then ever in my life. The light was so bright it penetrated my closed eye lids. I opened my eyes afraid to look it was so wonderfully bright and warm. Then HE spoke "peace be with you my son start the truck I'll buy you lunch any were you desire". I had past a pizza place drive-thru a few miles back, so I asked does pizza sound good HE said "I love pizza". Anyways we got to talking about things and I asked how I could get access to HIS house were we just left to see inside and what they do to worship HIM and what clothing is appropriate. HE told me "that the massive white building is not my house and I know not what they wear nor what they do behind locked doors because I've never been inside their building nor invited. I knocked and no one answered". I asked then where is your house? HE said nothing then reach over and touched my heart. My GOD and Savior made me faint and l passed out. I woke at the window to pay not having money but the kid said don't worry sir it is paid in full and by the way that is a beautiful truck your driving, is it a classic? Yes. I turned to offer the pizza to the LORD and doing so block my view of HIM, then a flash of light and HE was gone. The cab was still warm with HIS love when I looked in the pizza box three slices were gone.

From a religious standpoint and the actual standpoint of the church and any church with missionaries is to spread its teachings, It has little to nothing to do with the tithing. The tithing only goes to temples which are to members a very worthy investment, and humanitarian services.

Mormon beliefs, teachings and doctrine PROVE that Mormonism is NOT a Christian religion. It is vastly at odds with Christianity. Here are some of the erroneous and dangerous MORMON teachings, which are in deep and obvious conflict with Christianity: "GOD used to be a man on another planet." (Mormon Doctrine, p. 321, Joseph Smith, Times and Seasons, vol. 5, p. 613-614, Orson Pratt, Journal of Discourses, vol. 2, p. 345, Brigham Young, Journal of Discourses, vol. 7, p. 333). "The Father has a body of flesh and bones as tangible as man’s . . . ," (D&C 130:22). "God is in the form of a man." (Joseph Smith, Journal of Discourses, vol. 6, p. 3). "God himself was once as we are now, and is an exalted man, and sits enthroned in yonder heavens!!! . . . We have imagined that God was God from all eternity. I will refute that idea and take away the veil, so that you may see." (Teachings of the Prophet Joseph Smith, p. 345). "God the Father had a Father." (Joseph Smith, History of the Church, vol. 6, p. 476, Heber C. Kimball, Journal of Discourses, vol. 5, p. 19, Milton Hunter, First Council of the Seventy, Gospel through the Ages, p. 104-105). "God resides near a star called Kolob." (Pearl of Great Price, p. 34-35, Mormon Doctrine, p. 428). "God had sexual relations with Mary to make the body of Jesus." (Brigham Young, Journal of Discourses, vol. 4, 1857, p. 218, vol. 8, p. 115). NOTE: This is disputed among many Mormons and not always 'officially' taught and believed. Nevertheless, Young, the 2nd prophet of the Mormon church taught it. "Therefore we know that both the Father and the Son are in form and stature perfect men; each of them possesses a tangible body . . . of flesh and bones." (Articles of Faith, by James Talmage, p. 38). "After you become a good Mormon, you have the potential of becoming a god. "(Teachings of the Prophet Joseph Smith, p. 345-347, 354.) "Then shall they be gods, because they have no end; therefore shall they be from everlasting to everlasting, because they continue; then shall they be above all, because all things are subject unto them. Then shall they be gods, because they have all power, and the angels are subject unto them." (D&C 132:20). "There are many gods." (Mormon Doctrine, p. 163). "And they (the Gods) said: Let there be light: and there was light." (Book of Abraham 4:3). "There is a mother god." (Articles of Faith, by James Talmage, p. 443). "God is married to his goddess wife and has spirit children." (Mormon Doctrine, p. 516). "The trinity is three separate Gods: The Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost. That these three are separate individuals, physically distinct from each other, is demonstrated by the accepted records of divine dealings with man." (Articles of Faith, by James Talmage, p. 35). NOTE: This is truly astounding to read, for the Book of Mormon itself states: "And now, behold, this is the doctrine of Christ, and the only and true doctrine of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost, which is one God, without end. Amen." (Refer original 1830 printing of the Book of Mormon, in 2 Nephi, at the end of Chapter 13, on page 120, also refer the current LDS website where the same wording is quoted. This wording agrees with the doctrine of the Trinity as taught by mainstream Christianity.) Please view this video: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/p8mBp8uqzrqlZ5c.html Blessings! ~~~~~~~

It's not about Sacred... it's about Tithing Revenue, justified by Scripture. Ever see any Member of the Church Presidency and the Church Leadership driving around in a twenty-year-old vehicle and dressed in an inexpensive suit or dress? The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints is one of the wealthiest Churches in the world. And if anyone voices anything that is not in the Spirit of LDS Canon, they are excommunicated. So much for love and inclusion.

Catholics believe that their churches are extremely sacred and they have no problem with people recording. It’s just creepy how Mormons are so secretive and id like to be able to go and see for myself sometime.

Maybe Catholics don't care if people make fun of their sacred worship services or clothing. Latter-day Saints want to maintain respect for the holiness of the Temple, which is why filming and photos aren't allowed. Also, weddings are performed in Temples. I was married in one and really wouldn't random strangers just showing up and filming my wedding. Just like most weddings that anywhere, family and close friends are invited, but not the general public to share in your special day.
