The back of the heel is to help when you take them off. I usually just pay some snot nose at the gym $3 but hey, whatever Cuba wants they always get 🙄

The raised heel makes it good for roundhouse kicks, when you feel the need to get disqualified.

I really wish Puma comes back to the boxing business and make shoes like this avaliable to the public. All the big shoe brands are leaving the boxing world. Reebok, under armours. Mizunos are expensive. And tbh the only avaliable ones now. Well in our region/continent are some Nike shoes and adidas box hogs and speedex. After that there's really not much options out there. Sorry for the rant though. Great review 👍👍
