Very well explained. My uncle has been diagnosed with this and he has experienced most of the symptoms that the Doctor on the video mentioned.

My father has cadasil and I am 11 and I hope I won’t have it

The gene it's on is called the notch 3 gene. Had to have the test and luckily don't have it.

If you have the mutated notch 3-gene, does that mean that you definitivly get the diseace too? Asking regarding friend
