Cover's have been talking about shifting their expansion plans towards the European and East Asian markets, so finding talents that are interested in serving European times fits well with those plans. It also addresses an issue with a gap in the Hololive streaming schedule, previously only Kiara, Ina, and sometimes Fauna were hitting European prime time for holoEN and when they were on break on preparing for events there were periods with no Holomem streaming during European hours. With Brave Group Europe launching "globie" last year, and various agencies picking up European talents in the last couple of years, the business side will see increasing Hololive's presence in the European market as a sound move to catch growth in the European vtuber audience. The recently announced Hololive presence at Japan Expo in Paris in July and "Justice" having their first con appearance at the Expo, shows commitment to the market, which is something European fans have been complaining about for a bit. At the moment ES appears to be a little bit down the priority list, although Hakka means Holostars have a presence in that market... so Cover are keeping an eye on that side of things.

personally i like Above Below more than Rebellion simply for the fact that biboo's segments in Rebellion really breaks the rhythm of the song. the segments themselves aren't bad but the lack of good transition to it causes it to be jarring and feel like its part of a different song all together. like the main song is a car going full speed ahead and then suddenly out of no where biboo's section drops and the car screeches to a halt then biboo's part ends and it suddenly goes straight back to full speed ahead. just in terms of intensity its 10->1->10->1->10. while Above Below is consistent all the way through. were Rebellion to have the same consistency of Above Below i would probably like Rebellion more
