Rasmalai is an Indian dessert recipe, and very popular Bengali delicacy whereas bread rasmalai is a modern version of the traditional recipe. It takes very less time in preparation. Here bread is soaked in rich and creamy thickened milk, seasoned with saffron and cardamom powder. It is typically served chilled and decorated with dry fruits.

Milk (full fat) - 1 lt
Condensed milk - ½ cup
Cashewnuts sliced - a handful
Almond sliced - handful
Pista sliced - handful
Cardamom powder - ½ tsp
Saffron - a generous pinch
Yellow food colour - a pinch
Rosewater - 1tbsp
Kewra water - 1tbsp
Bread slices - 12nos
For Stuffing:
Khoya - ½ cup
Cardamom powder - ½ tsp
Pista chopped - 2tbsp
