That’s what made me pick mine up! She mentioned something about it smelling like smoked cigarettes/ashtray. As weird as that sounded it made me curious. The exact moment I smelled it the first time I smiled because of how accurate that was. I don’t ever wear it in public because it can be so polarizing but I definitely love it.

I think that if you like Thallium and also Shuhrah Femme, there is a likelihood that you'd like Pour Homme. Definitely basilic, but with a distinct tomato accord added. Dry down to my nose is soapy and musky, could be considered unisex

I think depending on your location, the general public can sometimes feel too shy to offer compliments to people they don't know. I definitely receive compliments from random people when I'm in Madrid for example, but when I go back to my [much smaller] city, people are much less open about opinions. Many factors though

I definitely don't agree with the hype CDNIM receives. Not a good fragrance in any way, in my opinion. Performance is moderate to me. Shuhrah, however, is absolutely a powerhouse even on my dry skin in my dry, high-altitude climate. I mean, leave it in your closet for a few months to mature. I have to say that my batch was heavy right off the bat though. I haven't tried Fursan yet.

@@realscentreview The only problem that i have with CDNIM is that ,when you spray it you smell that harsh citrusy note for 30-45 minutes. Fragrances usually project in the first few hours the best, but with CDNIM you have to apply it at least 30 min before you go out. you literally waste 30-45 minute of projection, it was not a really big problem when it was stronger. But now with moderate performance it's not really worth it. Shuhrah got better after spraying it a few times.The harsh smell started to fade away and the longevity got better . My mother says it still have a harsh smell and hates it. She usually likes sweet scents, so maybe that is the reason.But i think this is not harsh at all , maybe i just got used to the hars opening of CDNIM.

@@JoshOBryan Excellent price to quality/performance ratio. I've recently picked up a 30ml of Encelade by Marc Antoine Barrois for 70€. Not bad considering the stuff is beast mode and it means I might actually finish the bottle entirely before it expires 😂. The point is, this one smells a whole lot like Shuhrah. If you enjoy one I think you'll love the other.

The cologne is called "Shuhrah Pour Homme" which means "Shuhrah For Man" in French. Lots of colognes traditionally use the French words to denote the intended gender and concentration of the fragrance because of the long history of perfumery in France, regardless of which country they are from. Its concentration of perfume oils is higher than that of an Eau de Toilette, and less than that of a Parfum Although perfumery in general originated in the Middle East many centuries before the concept arrived in Europe, many people don't know that and for marketing (appealing to western society), and other reasons, they just use French.

Hey! Granted, florals are not my area of expertise - I am not usually a fan of floral notes/accords so I haven't really researched this area deeply. Although the rose in this is jammy and sweet so I would say it is likely Damascus Rose (or an aromachemical synthesized to mimic this smell).
