The United fans are backing him now but wait until next season when they win nothing again, they will crucify him, look at how they are treating the players they have now, they are desperate to win the Premiership and he won't be given time. They promised they would give Ten Hag four seasons before he will be judged, yet after one and a half seasons they all want him sacked and most of the players sold too. Hopefully he will move on and prove himself elsewhere. Good for Denmark I agree.

His overall play is so complete. He almost doesn't have any extra touch at all. He makes passes any forward runners in front of him. No selfishness in him at all.

Rashford holds the ball for too long , trying to dribble past 3 or more defenders then he loses the ball , if he can quickly release the ball to his teammates he can easily be with more goals and assists

Even when he wasn't scoring, he was doing the right things. Whilst I know strikers are judged on goals, if I see the fundamentals of a good player, that's all I need. Now, the goals are beginning to come as well, as his teammates finally stop being greedy. He's a talented boy. Let's hope he keeps it up.

yes, agree, striker is mainly judged by their goals, but we also have to apreciate good striker who play more for the team and done good things in the field other than goal, such as Giroud in WC 2018 and Guivarc'h in WC 1998

He's not young enough to help United win anything, it will be 20+ years before United will ever be good enough to compete with City, Liverpool, Arsenal. He won't be playing then, that's if it ever happens.

The thing about Hojlund, that his teammates are starting to realize, is that if you play him and move, he is as likely to make the pass as to take his own shot. So if you are a bit selfish it actually increase your chance of a goal to give him the ball and get in position, he takes the shot, if that's the best option, but even in the box he sees it if a teammate is in a better position, like Rashford the other day. I think the last four games has been the biggest step, even if he had scored two less, his teammates now are way more likely to play him by instinct - before them it was more forces. This spring will be big and as a Dane, he can be the game changer for the Euros, because we haven't had a world class striker since Elkjær in the 80's - but we have a very solid team an can he make the extra goals, it can be big.

Being striker for man united at 21 having all that hope pinned on you. Dont forget he is one of the top scorers in the champions league, he adapted quicker than some of the best players. He gets goals now, he has done incredible. Just to keep his head down and work for the team, and now the teams working for him. What a player

His hold up play is world class, true #9. He’s not the biggest in stature, but he holds defenders off like a giant. All young strikers need to watch him on and off the ball, take notes.

He is most nearly to Kane than Halland. Finisher+Advance Striker. The way he read the field, find their teamates. The way he pass. They way he create open space to teammates. Even he have sense of decision about where the better chance, by his own or the other mates. Absolutely potential modern striker. Halland maybe beast at finisher, no doubt. But Hojlund offering more dimension.

The guy has got everything to be a complete striker. United's wingers were the biggest problem. Hardly any chance created by Antony on right and Garnacho on the left. Garnacho moving right and Rashford coming back to himself gave more chances for Hojlund.

@@jaredloveys9617 You are living in the past - for a couple of games he has been great now. Yes he was playing bad until then, the whole team was, plus he was starting to get affected by all the criticism. A lot of the criticism is simply mental - he was brilliant last year. He has a down period and 90% of the "fans" turn against him. Those are not real fans, but rather mentally ill people who derive all their worth from the football club they are a fan of. They can't handle a little resistance and instead of taking care of their issues they project it all on a football player - in this case Rashford. These people need to heal and grow up, rather than bashing this player. Yes, he has been bd, but the amount of criticism is way out of line.

Secondly, you can score a goal in a game and still give a shitty overall performance in a match. Hojlund doesn't score in every game yes but his input does not go unnoticed on and off the ball. I haven't seen this accuracy from a United striker since, dare I say? RVN. RVP had technique but Rasmus' shot accuracy and finishing whether pretty or not is like RVN. I am questioning can this boy even miss. Everything between the goalposts as footballers we are taught to make the goalkeeper work, Rasmus owes them overtime pay 😂
