If you have fresh raspberries that are in season, they might be sweet enough, so you might find you don’t need to add any sweetener to this at all. I used monk fruit sweetener in this, but you could also use honey, Stevia, or whatever you preferred sweetener is.
I love this one because you can make it in the glass, so it’s super quick and easy.
If you are making this mocktail for a crowd, you can either muddle in the glasses prior to guests arriving, then top up with sparkling water and ice when guests arrive.
Or, you can increase the quantities and make in a jug, which also looks beautiful.
