So refreshing and delicious raspberry dessert cups ready in no time! No baking required, only few simple ingredients and your delicious dessert is ready to serve. Everybody will love it and ask for more! Perfect dessert table idea, last minute no bake dessert idea or simply well deserved treat with your cup of tea or coffee.
You can use smaller cups instead and do mini desserts shooters using this recipe too.
RECIPE: (makes 4 x220ml cups)
Cups from: amzn.to/3CrpWgR
Reusable piping bag: amzn.to/3HJqhOV
Piping nozzels: amzn.to/3HIAPxx
1 tbsp corn flour (UK) / corn starch (US)
2 tbsp water
275g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp lemon juice
250ml whipping cream (minimum 33% fat)
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 vanilla extract

Hi and welcome to my channel 🥰🥰 Most of the dessert cups can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. Desserts containing fresh fruit should be fine for up to 2-3 days depending on the freshness of the fruit and what fruit used 🥰
