SAME!!! I agree 100% I have gotten into reading this year and I love when Christian influencers give books recs!! Nothing is worse than getting into a book and then having to DNF it because of unwanted smut!

I’m more a romance girly but I love the book content haha. I was so sad you didn’t love the naturals series! I never read thrillers really but I absolutely adored that whole series, the second book is my favorite!

📚 I’m currently reading the throne of glass series (on crown of midnight) and I’m really enjoying it! As someone who doesn’t like spice or smut either, I was also hesitant to read the ACOTAR series, but I ended up loving it! The last book has the most amount of spice/smut, so it’s a lot of skipping just as a heads up. The last book probably would’ve been in my top three favorites in the series if it wasn’t so spicy.

I read Christian Fantasy sometimes and A Crown of Chains by Erin Phillips is soooooo good. And I also enjoyed the entire Starlight Chronicles series by CS Johnson. Idk how the audiobooks are though. I personally can’t retain the content that way lol

Anyone need a good non-fiction recommendation? I'm reading 'Romans 1-7 For You' by Timothy Keller and loving it. He takes you through all the most important theological ideas in the book but without making it heavy, complex, or boring. There's also a follow-up covering the rest of the chapters. It's not like, just, about half of Romans. That'd be lame.
