I like Mexico's overall look the best but Japan has the best single shirt. I'm a big fan of countries doing something traditional with their home jersey and then trying something experimental or different with the away jersey. Mexico hits that balance perfectly for me.

The best part about the Japan shirt is that it was actually based of a football anime that is really popular right now, makes it even cooler in my opinion. (The anime is called Blue Lock)

Mexico always has a good Jersey, esp third jersey colours, but I thing France's home kit look top notch this year. Big Props to Japan. Shoutout to Denmark, England Away, Germany Away

I pretty much always like Germany's kits (although being German I may be biased!), but they almost always have a classic look, but still different. This year's home looks good, although not my favourite - seeing from the side, how they incorporate the flag colours always makes me happy. The away looks pretty awesome IMHO. The gold striping and black/red pattern - there's the flag!! I might just have to buy one!! As for my other half of my heritage, the Netherlands, I'm with you, the home, usually my favourite Oranje, looks like wrinkled plastic (plus I don't like the tone of orange - it's too muted). Their away looks better, but I agree, Nike didn't do any favours with that arcing neckline. My personal favourite was the 2020 Euro home kit - the geometric lion was a beautiful design, subtle, but once you saw it, it was there! (liked it enough that I bought one). As for Canada, my home...meh. The design doesn't excite me, but doesn't disgust me either. I understand we were a longshot to qualify, and I'm insanely happy we did, but I'll just have to wear my Canada hockey jerseys or Toronto FC shirts when we play! Perhaps an awesome kit will come with next WC where we automatically qualify as a host nation! Go Canada, Germany, Netherlands...in that order.

Germany darks are probably my favorite. Argentina darks are underrated as well. I rarely am impressed by white jerseys but Mexico did themselves proud. Finally, shout out to the dark Korean kit designer. He's no coward, and it's a fun one.

France’s kit is S Tier in my opinion, but then again I am biased as a France supporter😂 Glad it got outvoted to get an A! I just absolutely adore the Midnight Navy with the Gold detail, it makes the Home jersey look elevated and expensive. And yes with the numbers and the “World Cup Winners” patch it looks even cooler🤩 The Away kit really grew on me once I saw all the details, I love the Toile de Jouy fabric💙 And I was so pleased to see y’all did your research on the fabric and its history. Both kits look so good in person!

This was fun to watch. I definitely think Japan and Mexicos are pretty solid. Adidas templates are better than Nike and Pumas. Felt like Nike with Away jerseys were generally better than the home ones. The New Balance was cool and I appreciate learning of some of the meaning behind each design from the guys.

France did something similar to Japan with the rolling of the sleeves. I first blue jersey they released with Nike had the ability to roll the sleeve and show the colour red. Japans are sick though

Morocco looks good when you wear it. Both home and away, was the most popular ones and sold out everywhere. I must say the Moroccan team looked great with the outfits. And now they are iconic and historical.

Australia always garish - I'd put lower - bottom. Croatia, I would have ranked lower; visually, it doesn't know what it's doing. I agree the England should have been in the top even though the white one is not spectacular. The away of Japan and Belgium are similarly very fresh with a similarly meh home jersey. The Japan home is pretty good, but I dock it for having too many demanding little lines that don't amount to a strong feature. As a texture, it's also contrasted enough that it's not unified. Holland's away has that dark shape at the collar that smacks of 2002 or so. Spain away is quite nice actually. Switzerland away looks like these old sticky name tags you could put on your shirt that you write your own name on. Mexico, Japan and Korea have some great ones.

They were pretty accurate with their ratings but the Puma kits always had one horrible design whether home or way(sometimes both) so there's no way any of those should rank above a C. I also think it's important to factor in how kits look on the field/in game because Mexico (Home), although one of the best kits, was kind of nauseating because their socks disagreed with the rest of the kit IMO

Judging jerseys on their own is not doing the kit justice. You need the shorts and socks, the whole deal in order to make an informed decision. The Portugal 🇵🇹 jerseys make a lot more sense when seen in full context. The away jersey looks great paired with the dark blue shorts. Canada scored an own goal by not giving us anything new. And the crest needs a redisgn too. Still, Canada is going to turn some heads in this WC. The Ice Ballers Cometh ⚽ 🇨🇦
