I'll go first. I think doing a Q&A with some of the girls would be fun so that we can get to know them a bit better. You can ask some of the girls if they would like to do a Q&A with you. If they say yes, you can give them an interview on the spot without preparring for it or give them a q&a that they can fill out at home and then share the answers with you tomorrow that way they have time to think about their answers. You can tell them that they don't have to answer all the questions, just whatever they want to answer and they can add any questions that they want to the list since it's just for fun and so that we can get to know them better =) So when they arrive to the gym the next day, they will hand you their Q&A that they prepared and you'll read the questions to them. As a reward for doing the Q&A, maybe you can let them pick any item that they want from the secret shop. This can be something that you do once a week for any kids that are interested and that want a secret shop prize for free =) Here are some examples of questions that you can ask the girls: =) . What's your favorite holiday? Christmas, Halloween, or Thanksgiving? . If you could pick anything from the secret shop, what would it be? . If you could add any new item to the secret shop, what would it be? . If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you want to go? . What's your favorite food? . If you won the lottery, what would you do with the money? . If you were an animal, what animal would you want to be? . How would you describe yourself in 3 words or less? . If you owned a time machine and could travel to the past or to the future, where would you go or would you just stay in your time and refuse to ever use it? Would you go to the past to visit a famous person or maybe you could meet your parents when they were still kids? . If you could ask God any question and He had to answer it, what question would you ask? . If you were a pokemon gym leader, what type of gym would you have?
