Doing the required yearly maintenance on the SkiDoo RAVE valves. These haven't been cleaned in a while and there was a lot of carbon buildup and oil in the bellows.
I also go through the spring reinstallation trick that I have that makes it extremely easy to reinstall the spring on the bellows.
This video walks you through step by step of the removal, cleaning, and reinstallation of the RAVE valves. (There are one per cylinder)

I'm rebuilding my 08 800r Summit X PowerTek, and it's a quite different process than what you showed in the video, my XP valves are are different from the Rev and the ZX models, it just has a solid black cap with no red breather, there is two springs behind the bellows that are on the threads of the bolts, when you remove that there's 3 valves, the main valve and side valves, so you have to be very careful to make sure those side valves don't fall off cause they hold those springs behind the bellows, but the cleaning process is the same

I'm rebuilding a 600ho currently cleaning the raves so thanks for this. One question tho, there was what looked like gray rtv holding the bellow on. Do I need to replace the rtv?

No problem! There’s a lot of debate on the topic. People have used RTV, people have used the MolyKote which was original and people sometimes just rely on the zip tie to keep it sealed. I would recommend using at least RTV or using the Skidoo recommended MolyKote. It’s backup insurance that it won’t leak.
