Love this, Sarah! You are exceptionally creative and can craft the most aesthetically pleasing videos that capture a peaceful and serene life. This video feels a little different in the most relatable way. I love both styles, and I also admit it was nice to hear noise that is common and characteristic of having littles in the background. Makes a fellow mama feel a little bit more at home. Thanks for branching out to try something new!

Here for this raw audio. I love hearing the kids in the background. Every time I watch one of your videos, I just don’t understand how you do all you do with all of your kids. It’s nice to see the imperfections, the crying, the interaction, and the interruptions. I get off track of my responsibilities very easily with only 3. I watch the ones with voice over and I think, “man, her kids must be super well behaved. 😅what happened to mine? 😂” I just really enjoy this raw and unedited content, the biggest part of being a homemaker IMO is creating a beautiful and safe and comforting space for your kids so it’s wonderful to see how you do that for them. ❤️

I love this video! Sadly, I’m not at a place in my life where I can use your recipes (I don’t have a kitchen) so a lot of the new videos don’t really appeal to me but I’ve still been watching a lot because I like your energy. I loved your clean/declutter with me videos (and I still watch them on repeat) but I understand and support your decision in the type of content you want to create. God bless!!

LMNT is literally equivalent to or better than otc meds for my headaches. If I wake up with a headache (as a pregnant mom of four under 7), and I drink LMNT first thing in the morning, it's pretty much guaranteed to cure the headache. And the flavors are delicious. 🙌

You truly have influenced my life in a positive way and inspire me toward seeking God daily, being a godly, productive, serving mama. I am very thankful for you and know God has used you to strengthen my own life and callings. A small example….when I was dealing with c-section, NICU stay, breastfeeding issues, first time mamas and all the things…plus needed to learn how to be dairy free to nurse my sweet baby…my first thought was…wait, isn’t Sarah dairy free?! I think I can do it too!😭 Bless you Sarah. You encourage me GREATLY🤍

I typically feel like I don't want kids because I don't like children and feel like I don't have the patience for them, but for some reason this video made me excited to one day have kids hopefully. The video seems realistic yet calming. Maybe it's because your kids are adorable, or maybe it's because you guys parent well and are raising well-behaved kids :)

How sweet Grandma went on a date with one of your little ones. That is so nice. I hope they had a good time. I liked this realness video. "Mommy!" It is not really natural for kids to be quiet haha. My firstborn still struggles with volume control at 16. Those things in the muffin tins look amazing.

Hi Sarah, I have a genuine question. I (happily) prioritise my kids over myself in most aspects of life. This includes them looking clean and well dressed. The only thing is, how much time "should" I put aside to do so for myself? You look pretty and put together in every video. We all are different but I tend to just put on the easiest clothes I can find and tend to put my appearance on the back-burner.
@Alexa-qn6ke
@Alexa-qn6ke 9 ай бұрын
I don’t think there’s any “should” about these things! But if you want to look a little more dressed up, I’ve been trying to remind myself lately that it doesn’t actually take longer to put on jeans and a blouse than it does sweats. Sarah also has short hair (less time to style, if you have long hair it helps to have a “go-to” claw clip or braid or something), keeps her makeup in a basket and usually does it in the kitchen around her kids, and she has her husband at home to help if necessary. I’d say the secret is having quick and easy routines! But I totally get it I’m a new mom and I’m always in sweats lol

Is important have 1-2h for you in the day, because of that way you can back to the children with more energy and joy, a routine night when little kids are in bed is the best time: a shower, a te or relax music

I have only one toddler girl but I thought mayyybe, my experience can still help a bit. I found myself like you for the first almost 2 years of her life. She has high needs and maybe you are also in a season where you have children with high needs. Now that she gets a tiny bit more independent, I find what works for me to feel good about myself is to have my hair up and some eyebrows drawn because I don't have enough eyebrow hair! hahaha Anyway, there is no should and you do what feels good for you and we all have different priorities. What really helped me is dressing as if I am going out in the morning. I feel like when I am dressed, not only can I spontaneously go out, I feel a bit more productive because I am "put together". And making it easy to dress up means decluttering tshirts with holes that are very comfortable. I used to have home clothes vs go out clothes but I've minimise to only comfortable go out clothes so that, whatever I put on, is presentable and I feel better actually. 😊 Hope that gives some "new ideas" for you. 💛

I had horrible knee pain after my first baby, and my physical therapist said it was likely due to breastfeeding hormones. The pain went away after my daughter weaned. Not sure if you're still breastfeeding but that could be causing some of the pain!

Do you have a specific homeschool curriculum you use? We just started homeschooling our 3rd and 4th graders this year, and next year we’ll start with our preschooler. I do like the curriculum we’ve been using, but since we’re just starting out I’m curious about other types of curriculum and how that would work in practice.
