Man I grew up surfing east coast. Whole time in the army kept telling my buddy who had family in LA I wanted to surf the west coast. We got out, he took me to Huntington pier, I had an absolute blast. The locals knew I was a tourist, gave me a hard time, then I shredded a wave after joking about learning to surf behind boats on Texas lakes and after that they were so cool and were joking back with me. Overall great experience. Thank you Huntington for the peace and love for my one and only west coast surf I got to do.

Goooooood work good work goooooooood work Kanoa!!!!! Using two 45lb plates on that one explosive exercise was the truth... Thanks for sharing your training and letting us see that the best surfing athletes in the world such as yourself and others actually lift weights and work on explosive movements and exercise and fitness to bring back to surfing to raise the bar to endless levels possibilities and opportunities that keep getting better and better and better with no rooftop and no ceiling..... Happy surfing from Virginia Beach by way of Watts, Ontario, Hesperia, and basically San Bernardino County and The Inland Empire!!!!! Best surf year dude, Kyle
