most of my time in college was spent in the Bryan School right across the street from Yum Yum. Used to sit through lectures with an ice cream cone, classmates looked jealous buy I never saw any other students enjoying an ice cream cone in class.

Clearly I understand it's called "Raw Dogging". But who the hell eats a plain hot dog? On top, the mustard stain design on the shirt makes no sense. Likewise, he has chili dogs so "Raw Dogging" really just doesn't make any sense. Odd cat
