Why do you drink with a straw? Does your mouth have an issue closing all the way? Mine did right before I got cancer. Well. Knew I had cancer at least.

As a Pittsburgh native this isn't ham BBQ. The least you could have did is get Islays chipped ham.

Why even use the tablespoon Frank 🤣🤣. Just dump it in. You 6 Tbsp of brown sugar was more like 10 and 2 Tbsp of cider was like half a bottle .

We used to hit that truck as far back as our late teens in the mid to late 80’s. There used to be another truck called Ed’s on same side of street.

Very excited for this, Frank. The ham barbecue is a Pittsburgh staple. My mother and grandma didn’t use apple cider. She sometimes used a can of coke, or sprite, and then ketchup.

If you’re making this with Isaly’s sauce Yinz are gonna fail n at. You gotta make ham barbecue sauce homemade. In a Polish Grandmothers kitchen in Homestead where she still uses the stove for extra heat in the winter. You need the souls of Babushka and Joe Chiodo inside the sauce Tank.
