Chocolate syrup is just soaked dates, maple syrup, cacao powder and pinch of salt. Ice cream is bananas, frozen expresso cubes and the chocolate syrup.. no special mesurements just about icup dates, 1/4 cup maple and 2 tbs cacao :-).
