My favorite Nascar Driver, Ty Dillon, had a weird situation at New Hampshire in 2018. Before the race even started Ty pulled into pit road and a crew member jumped into the passenger side window with his feet hanging out. It was later said that Ty’s water bottle fell and was rolling around on the floor.

I was at that Charlotte race when the cable fell. Actually happened in our section. I was getting more drinks and I saw the paramedics heading to the stands. Luckily the guy wasn’t hurt bad.

A quick note on that last one, that race became the last caution-free race in NASCAR so the pre-race incident between the 6 and 48 was actually the only incident of the day.

As a “nascar” driver, I can confirm this guy is a true nascar fan, he knows how to pronounce names that wouldn’t typically sound that way such as Kvapil, also by his use of song regarding parts such as calling the lug nuts “lugs”

If you though a flip at charlotte motor speedway was weird, here’s a flip even weirder. In 1988, Rusty Wallace actually flipped at Bristol I think it was because he hit the turn 4 wall so hard that it was enough to flip his car.

1:32 hey I got a moment in time that this happened. 2011 Coke 600 when Mark Martin and David Gilliland got hooked together in the left and right fronts. It was a bizarre incident and took a few laps under caution to pull them apart. At least with Matt DiBenedetto and Austin Wayne Self the contact didn't cause a crash. Mark and David got hooked in the middle of 3 and 4 which caused them and Newman to slam the wall hard.

The oddest things thats happened to my favorite driver (Kevin harvick) was actually in this video with the parachuter hitting his sandbag into harvicks car when i saw that live on TV I was like "damn sky diver dont know his aim might as well go to a shooting range to try and fix that stormtrooper aim"

2 separate times during a 4 (6?) car crash, 2 FIA F3 cars got stuck together in Monaco this year, like your clip of the trucks! One car had it's front-left stuck in another's rear left, and the other had it's front nosecone stuffed into the other's rear crash structure and they had to be lifted out together

The back end of his car hit the wall, and the gas tank ruptured. The the weird thing is that his car flipped onto it's roof after hitting the wall with his backend.

One oddity I saw in a documentary once. One driver managed to win despite not finishing the race. He wrecked out in the big one at Talledega, leaving only two cars on the track - however they both then got disqualified after crashing together on the last lap before running across the line together.
