I finally see you practicing on Tonic, I love it, even your singing is pretty cute and fun. It's a pity I can't even comment nor follow you (even though the button seems to be active) and I don't even see your avatar, my phone is probably outdated (anything but Tonic works just fine on it, but I installed it for my kid on her phone and she gets avatars...). Thank you anyways, it's pretty cool altogether ❤ love the community!!

I just have to say thank you for creating this app and filming these videos! Getting to hear violin tips from a world class violinist is so amazing! I'm still really new at playing, I started as an adult in my 40s and I remember being so intimidated before I started cause I had this idea that the violin community was this snobby, mean group. Honestly I don't know where I got that idea from but I've realized that's so far from the truth! Everyone I've met in the violin community has been so welcoming, helpful and kind even to an "old lady" like me who just plays for fun. You're awesome! 🙂

I think you can reach more users if you add a translator for the app. My violin teacher for instance is interested but doesn't speak English. My kid just learns reading in her mother tongue. It's a great app even with all the bugs on my Galaxy J6+. I really love the community! Oh and seeing the avatars on my kid's phone I need to admit I'm not so sad I can't see them - their movements are like watching a Chinese drama with fake violinists 😂😅

Hello Ray. I would like to know 1. how to hold (finger pressure) and playing angles on strings 2. how much amount of pressure do I put on strings to make good sound 3. how to make sound clearly (the semiquaver in Mozart no5 1st movement and Bach Partitas no 3 crossing strings) 4. how to keep the bow straight

Listening to all the great players makes me feel too shy to open my practice room 😂 I’ve been struggling a lot with carpal tunnel, so I need frequent breaks to stretch when my hands go numb.
