Im not sure because of all the ad problems with youtube but then alot of their money comes from merch or sponsors so it's hard to predict what they earn accurately but seeming they keep hiring new people and their views are down quite alot compared to a few years ago and also with all the youtube shit having trouble even monetising videos it's hard to see how RT would be able to pay at least the main 6 20k per month. The reason it works on twitch is because 5 dollars a month is nothing to most people and ray bringing many fans from AH already he was able to secure a large amount of subs easily. And then on twitch you get these random rich guys who lvoe donating hundreds and thousands of dollars so for certain streamers the money just rolls in. I don't think youtube has the same type of income in that case but well neither of them are doing bad that's for sure. Would of been nice of michael to acknowledge ray after a huge donation seeming he has been shit talking him ever since he left AH but well what can you do..

They now have 4 RTX conventions per year. Let's Play Live and other events have probably more than offset the lost youtube revenue. Honestly youtube is probably more of a means to convince people to buy live tickets and subscriptions

He isn't mad, if anything, he is probably super tired at the time. Their RTLife live streams are 24 hours non-stop. Some of them are literally there for 12+ hours, go take a power nap for a couple of hours, then come back for another 8 hours. So there is that. Also, it could also have something to do with what Rabbi Stinklemen said. Every time someone mentions Ray when Jeremy is in a video and the comment sections explode with hate for Jeremy. Ray chose to leave the company of his own accord to pursue his own streaming career/goals. They had a spot that needed to be filled and Jeremy just so happened to get the spot and yet everyone shits on Jeremy and gives him so much unneeded hate like it was his fault Ray left.
