I think what most people don't realize is that when Kizaru did his first kick and destroyed a mangrove tree he says "oops, seems like I overdid it". And every attack he does after that is him holding back. The only reason any of supernovas are alive after experiencing Kizaru attacks is because Kizaru realize he can't destroy any more of this "island" that is frequently visited by celestial dragons, so he is holding back as to not cause any more destruction. Edit: Yes his attacks still destroy stuff, but its mostly just couple of building and stuff, but none of his attacks are as destructive as his first attack that destroyed an entire mangrove tree

RIP to Kizaru's original VA. The slow menacing voice will be missed. Bringing such a chad character to life, one of the best entrance.

Absolutely agree that this arc is getting crazy nuts. The sheer overwhelming power just lets you know how outclassed our beloved Straw Hats truly are.

Episode 400 is always a treat to see Rookies get to. something about the world view of how the Great Pirate Era started, the reveal of Roger's crew and how they weren't caught and just all the little info sprinkled in. Hell, even looking back hundreds of chapters later there's still new insight in this one piece. It's a wild episode and a landmark in the series.

Think something interesting is how invested Luffy is when talking about Roger. He didn’t listen to any of his crews past, people he loves and would die for in an instant, but he’s literally shaking in his seat when discussing the King.

This arc is amazing, especially how this arc ended and set up so many things for the future,Kizaru is a menace and he is one of my favorite admirals in one piece,it also revealed alot of lore and introduced so many new characters. Amazing reaction btw

Yo, i just realised. Buggy is imitating Gold Roger's way of talking and their voices sound pretty similar if you listen closely, and just how Reyleigh said that Roger liked doing everything in a flashy way, Buggy also says things like "i will flashily kill you" or whatever.

From Ohara robin was the only one to actually learn how to read the poneglyphs... the rest of the scholars were just working on it and could read every other word... What Rayleigh meant was that Roger was nowhere near as proficient as even Clover who was the leading scholar on the poneglyphs and still couldn't read them... so Robin is leagues above both of them...
