i always thought rayman stood out much more in origins.. legends has a blurry look to it.. it took a while for me to get used to it.. i realized what they did was try to give it a realistic lighting and i can't say it worked in the game's benefit.. but overall i choose legends over origins.. for years i chose origins over legends.. but at some point the internet stopped working at my apartment and all i could do was play games and i sat and played legends and it ended up becoming my favorite of the two primarily because of the creativity, variety, length, and also i like that i didn't have to hear that mariachi music anymore

I really love both versions of Rayman, and I don't understand why people want to choose one version over the other. Meh, maybe I just weird lol

I get why most people prefer Origins' look, but personally, the organic way Rayman integrates with the storybook backgrounds just... sits right with me.

I prefer rayman origins because the graphics look more satisfying then legends, legends lighting is just a bit bright with characters in origins you can see more details on the character I know there isn’t that much characters in origins but atleast every of those characters are fun to play the battling in origins is also satisfying the sound effects even the charged punch the charged punch goes slow in origins but it makes it seem menacing towards to enemies cus you already know charging up that much can impact a lot of power on the enemy and I think origins has more levels then legends origins haves about 11 worlds legends as 6 for normal story mode sure legends has back to origins but it takes away some of the hard obstacles in the levels and most of the origins levels I wish I could have played again but I sadly can’t unlike legends origins is actually difficult and legends is just a bit easier (also another thing about origins I miss the sweeping attack when you hold down and attack in legends it’s just a mini ground pound and the sounds of attacking in origins that one sound where you use the charged attacks and hit a enemy with it also the bubblized enemies that are in origins we’re funny but in legends they only appear for 1 second after the enemies death and you don’t get to pop it)

Rayman’s origin design makes him look like he came out of 2000s cartoon, while his legends design makes him look like he came out of a live action movie with cartoons in it (Like with Looney Tunes Back In Action)

In Rayman Origins Rayman looks more cartoon then in legends. He has these classic black lines on his body in Origins. Legends is a different story. He doesn’t have them here so I don’t get the funny cartoon feeling like in Origins. But at the end of the day I would’ve choose Origins.

Legends is bigger, longer, more detailed and probably better on paper. But somehow Origins felt faster, more intense and more fun. Both are incredible regardless.

Ive played legends but never played orgins but gameplay seems similar. The art style is very different in each game but I don't think I could decide between the 2. They are both good in their own ways. Not sure if it's worth me getting origins tho as I can do the levels from it in legends. (Ik they aren't the exact same but still)

Both games are great quality👍 I prefer Rayman origins personally because the levels feel more connected with the map level selection and it's more challenging although legends has more content, both of them are very enjoyable.

I played both. Id say legends looks better but origins looks unique. I just don't agree with the E10 rating on origins because it's a little inappropriate at times. Like the nymphs for example. Maybe T rated at earliest.

I love origins and perfer it's worlds and levels over legends, but not by a lot. I liked the legends artstyle because of its high graphics and how it blends in more. That's why I wish origins got a full remake in legends instead of taking out so many things from it.

If it weren't for 5 player co-op then Origins would be my favorite, but the chaotic nature of it just barely manages to give it a leg up. Atleast for me, though Origins unique aesthetic can never be beaten.

I prefer Rayman Origins... It was on 60FPS for PS3. Just amazing. Because of the graphics, Rayman Legends was on 30FPS for PS3. But it's playable and fun to play.^^ And Rayman Origins is so nostalgic. Getting 60FPS game for PS3 was just amazing. Rayman Origins is one of the only games which have 60FPS in PS3. RAYMAN ORIGINS IS ACTUALLY THE WINNER! (Are you ok with me..?)

I see why they redid those designs in legends. There could’ve been so much worse if they stayed the same in the game.
