Ray is the most professional realtor I have ever seen. His videos are unbelievably informative and they show how much effort he puts in helping people. He stated something that is very true and I hope that everybody listens to this "you need representation when you walk into a builder's selling office". DO NOT make the same mistake I made: I went into West Lake and when they asked me if I was working with a Real Estate Agent. I said "NO" (big mistake!!!). Once you say you do not have representation, they will never let you have a realtor if you ever decide to close a deal with the builder. You need to get the best help you can get in these difficult times when interest rates are skyrocketing and Real Estate still operates at high prices. I was naive about this rule and when I called Ray he told me: "I will not be able to represent you, but I am willing to help you anyways". That shows how honest Ray is. Palm Beach is not the same as Palm beach County. Arden is in Wellington, FL not “Palm Beach”. Too many people in PBC. Consider moving to another area. It’s a nightmare out on the road.
