Raynaud's phenomenon - Raynaud's disease & Raynaud's syndrome - USMLE Step 1
The Raynaud phenomenon (RP) is an exaggerated vascular response to cold temperature or emotional stress. The phenomenon is manifested clinically by sharply demarcated color changes of the skin of the digits. Abnormal vasoconstriction of digital arteries and cutaneous arterioles due to a local defect in normal vascular responses is thought to underlie the disorder.
RP is considered primary if these symptoms occur alone without evidence of any associated disorder. By comparison, secondary RP refers to the presence of the disorder in association with a related illness, such as systemic lupus erythematosus and systemic sclerosis (SSc; scleroderma).

... Theres no particular cure. Only managing it, gloves, of pockets etc. Some drugs can be used, botox. Or last resorts , surgery. But you dont really won't to go there. Some foods may help. I personally use centrifugal force, by spinning my arm to force the blood back in 🤭. I think I have had since Boy!.

A doctor decided I have raynauds but it really only effects my toes. I have not been able to find anything that stops the pain when I have a flair up. My toes swell and turn red. It can last for a few hours up to a week at a time. They told me to take baby aspirin daily but it just keeps getting worse. He said a vasodialator would usually be his course of treatment but im already slightly hypotensive. What are some ways I can help with the pain and reduce the duration of the pain?
