Many of us might be aware that it used to be a somewhat common practice for a composer to write a Vocal March for use by Songster Brigades. What many might NOT know is that there were also Vocal Selections. This piece was originally a Vocal Selection put together by Alfred H. Vickery, and then Arranged by Eric Ball, which Ball then transcribed for Band.
