i tried all the Basilisk lineup & even Superlight, honestly i just love the basilisk over super light for both productivity & for Gaming. & i mapped DPI Cluth button to Hypershift & use pretty much all the button for keybinds. its a fantastic mouse in its range. & one small issue i noticed is the DPI Clutch button will feel smooshy & doesnt work properly, after some months of purchase.

On Basilisk V2 you can remove side button :)

Hi there, thanks for your review :) Does the lack of a foot on the right side of the mouse impact how the mouse moves while in use? Have seen other reviewers mention it, but just picked up my original Basilisk and realised it also doesn’t have a foot on the right side, and have never noticed any drag because of it, so am wondering whether it’s something that is a very individual experience. Thanks!

Does the basilisk v3 have any build quality issues like the previous models?

Only thing I noticed is the wiggle on the scroll wheel, but that is just how it’s built. Otherwise it’s solid

Hi I'm confused whether to buy the v2 or v3 as it is going to be my first ever razer mouse (an ex g502 user here) Both v3 and v2 is discounted and selling for around ₹5K ($65) and ₹3K ($35) in my country Should I get the v2 or v3 And is it really worth it paying the extra 30$?

I'm on a dilemma. I have Basilisk V2, but need a new one for my Laptop, on which i play Kovaaks(Aim Trainer). I have hard time choosing between this one and DeathAdder V2 PRO.Razer said this is a new sensor. Obviously it has 6k more DPI, but no one cares about this one. Is the sensor improved, in terms of preciouses, tracking, smoothness and so on, or is the same sensor as DeathAdder and Basilisk V2, with just added a bit more DPI ???

There is no difference in tracking, razer’s sensors are consistent across the lineup
