The Hammerhead True Wireless X is the budget version of the Hammerhead Pro which, you guessed it, means fewer features and cheaper materials. The biggest difference being the use of a single plastic mould for the earbuds instead of a swappable silicone tips design. Remember the horrendous and massively divisive Apple Earpods that came with every iPhone and either fit you perfectly or not at all?
Yeah, that's what Razer went with so if you are one of 'le miserables' like me, where wearing the Hammerhead True Wireless X is a nightmare. They sit too loosely in my ears at best and are constantly slipping out. I can't even walk briskly without one of the buds dropping out and don't even try running or doing anything that requires movement.

The only difference here is that you are comparing the chinese version and the european version, they are both legit and original

If the product have a unique serial number, so it's not fake lol Both are original, but one is the European version (the one that is sold worldwide) and the other one is the Asian/chinese version

Try register them both online and see. Also fakes do not connect to the apps both on Windows and mobile phones.

I think i have the Chinese one but it works just fine the audio quality is good and the gaming mode is legit too i play cod mobile and it looked like a normal experience ( no delay ) And surprisingly it lasted for so long i brought em 3 days ago and I didn't even charge the case yes it still color green The thing is i can't pair it with razer audio I wanted to customize the RGB but it won't pain .. so sad

The difference is the box writing. If it has chinese words, thats the fake one.

@@kbgamezone9680 At the same time, take that product with a grain of salt. Companies that create fakes normally get product codes from LEGITIMATE units. So the product that appears on their database isn't necessarily the one they have

mine just arrived today. I bought fake one unfortunately. The seller put this at the end of a very long description "This item cant be seen on the razer audio app. If you mind this please dont buy." This is weird way of saying the item is fake. Too bad I didnt read whole description. It's functioning, the audio quality is decent but you can tell its fake (muddy) and the gaming mode seems legit tho its fake LOL

I've got a counterfeit RAZER HAMMERHEAD TWS PRO. Chinese scammers knew exactly how to make a counterfeit! Worst part. They won't accept refunds. Good thing the Online Market store is kindly enough to refund my money. After the return period expired. And the product reviews came. I let all my negative comments and warn the buyers about the vendor who is selling fakes. And gave them a 1 star. After they saw my review. They wanted me to change my reviews. They keep telling me that they're selling authentic razer products. But I told them that "No matter what you say. I knew the product that I received". And I will not change my reviews. SO MANY ONLINE SCAMMERS!!!!!

Yes, anyway also have scammers even purchase at retail shop, but we purchase at official website or authorized branch, the different is price in retail RRP

@@kbgamezone9680 Good thing at the retail shop. You can already see if the item that you wanted is either Authentic or Fake. Especially if it has a chinese character. Or the image on the box is Either Printed normally or UNIQUE.
