Hello, recently I bought hammerhead X and there is an annoying issue. When I am talking on the phone with eadbuds, the opposite side tells me that my voice is clear but there is too much background noise as music or other people's talking. What can I do for that. This disturbs the other side?

I have the Razer TWS X for I think almost a year now, and in total, I probably used it no more than 20 times. I loved the RGB, the build, sound quality, etc. Almost everything about this product is perfect. Except for the shape, I don't know why but it just keeps falling off. The silicone tips provided doesn't even help, it still falls off but this time, it makes my ears hurt since it has more grip. It is probably due to how heavy the stem is compared to the earbuds itself, although it has the same earbud shape as the airpods, the airpods just glue into my ears quite easily, but the Razer TWS X keeps falling out every few minutes I wore them. It just defeats the purpose of a true wireless earbud when everytime I wore them, they just keep falling off. I would not recommend anyone buying this product, I feel like buying the Pro version is much safer as it is an in-ear earbud where they give you different sizes for your ears. Or just buy airpods since you are still paying the same price for it.

Do the charging cases work for both pairs? I lost the charging case of my RGB pair and am looking for a replacement.

The only problem I have with Hammerhead TWS X is their shape. They produce excellent sound quality, but it's terrible fit.

Just a couple of recommendations, as I can see that you really are trying to put the effort into making quality content. 1.) Use a higher quality mic and clean up the audio more for your videos. It sounds so.... Monotone, uninteresting and plain. Try to put some color when describing things, too. For example, when comparing battery life, the superior one you would say something like "but this model really shows the improvements they've made, etc" and try to express this difference in your voice to draw people's attention to what you are talking about, as if "they need to hear this". 2.) Try to transition your video more, from things like the specs, to professional quality photos from Razer, if you cant take your own. You did a great job showing what the headphones look like while wearing them and these are exactly what you need more of. Show different lighting to stimulate daytime, evening, etc but most importantly, upgrade your lighting where you are recording videos for when you are just talking to the camera in between other shots. You'd be surprised just how important this one move is. It's way too dark and you need to add EVEN lighting, not just a lamp or something. Anyways, I liked your video and see potential so just wanted to give my two cents. But hey, I don't have any followers in KZfaq, probably because I have no intention of making content so take my words with a grain of salt if you'd like. Regardless, most people would be surprised how simple it can be to come out with a professional video with a simple few tweaks. Keep it up man, I think you can do well with reviewing various tech or (insert a category here). =)

The shape of the eabus is extremely uncomfortable to wear. I don't recommend it to people who want to play games for a long time.

cannot totally understand because of the sound... its not a background music... but more of a musical... when you explain things please be mindful of the information you share to us.... we are here for your explanation/information/review of it not your music preference.... please do better next time
