Hi everyone! I just wanted to correct one thing I said in the video. The switches on the Orochi V2 are not Razer’s second generation optical switches. They are actually the second generation of Razer’s Mechanical switches. Hope this helps clear it up!

Thank you for clearing it out. It helps us a lot. I have the Logitech G305 Lightspeed (with aaa rechargeable + battery adapter to reduce the weight) and Razer Viper Mini. I am considering this mouse when it goes on sale hehe :)

@@MoeTechReviews I just want to mention the switches are actually modified khail 4.0's from what I've heard not opticals because if they were opticals they'd be purple

Hi! Yes I had that comment mentioned, it was a mistake on my side. They are actually the second generation of Razer’s mechanical switches which are a revamp of the Kailh 4.0. I will pin a comment on the video to clear that thanks for the correction! I appreciate it :)

Currently looking for a lightweight wireless mouse but with a battery. Not a fan of having to store expensive batteries to get max playtime. I saw the Razer Viper Ultimate but it's already pretty old so hopefully something newer will be released this year

the switches in the orochi v2 are actually not the optical switches but just razers mechanical revamp of the kailh 4.0's , Still great video

Hello I have another question, if I were to spend more money would the razer viper ultimate be a much better recommendation from you?

I personally like the Viper ultimate better. It’s a standard size mouse and it has a better sensor, as well as RGB and a charging dock. On a gaming setup it makes more sense :)

Also check out the Logitech Superlight. That’s my favourite mouse at the moment!

Does the razer orochi v2 really uses the optical mechanical switches cause on google it says differently?

It was a mistake I made in the video. It actually has 2nd Gen Mechanical switches. It’s a modded version of Kalih 2.0 switches.

What’s the best other mouse that you would recommend that’s similar in price and features to the orochi v2?

For the price the Orochi V2 is excellent! For a bit more money there is also the Model O Wireless by Glorious it’s also wireless but it’s more of a standard size and you can charge it with USB C instead of an AA battery :)

@@FPLogistic if you fingertip or claw I recommend the orochi it is much more comfortable for me and my hands are 18x9cm

@@FPLogistic Also get triple a batteries after the first one runs out since they make it 65 grams instead of the 73 included also they make it a little more balanced
