DIY Silicone Shock oil Vacuum! In this video we’ll be working on the Mecatech 1/5 scale RC Car! I’ll be rebuilding the shocks and along the way showing you some DIY How To Tips for bleeding and removing air from silicone shock oil!!!!! These tips will be useful on any RC Car 1/10 1/8 Nitro or Electric these tips are for everyone!

Thanks for the video. We used to use the little twisty ballons for shock boots. good on our 8th scale buggy shocks, they kept them from getting scratched up. And they where cheap.

I wish 1/5 onroad was more popular here in Texas. We have some but not as intense as Europe and Australia.

What shock oil do you use for front and rear?

I don't use hobby-grade silicon oil, they're so expensive compared to the industrial one... just buy random cst grade and mixed as you needed using this calculator...
