The basics of a good starting point for building a cage would be a awesome how too. I'm doing a similar build and I had a heck of a time figuring out where to start my cage.

Ok close the shock cap with the piston completely in the shock shaft. Lesson learned, thank you!

Wow.. this truck is amazing! This is honestly my favorite RC build by far. I found your channel back when you were still building the NSP-1, and it inspired me to actually build my own. Do you have any tips for a beginner? I'd be using a Wraith axle and a Slash 2wd front end since I'm hoping to keep it RWD. Looking forward to more amazing vids :)

That truck looks so good I’d buy one or make one

I love your truck man! I tried to turn my yeti into a truck like that and then that project went down the drain. But I still have motivation to one day build a truck like yours!

Thanks man! I'll try I ordered new trailing arms and some other stuff to so I can get this thing done

i like to cycle my shocks 20 times or so without the shock cap on after ive filled the shock with oil. this will allow all the air bubbles in the oil to come to the top as the piston cycles through it. once all the air bubbles are on top i swipe a rag or something similar over the top to remove the air bubbles. then set my rebound position, shock cap on and go!

if i were to buy a yeti and try and tune it to handle like yours what upgrades would you suggest?

Really love your TT, I saw it for the first time long ago but never had a chance to comment till now. Just wondering if you sell this truck or if you sell the plans for the cage? I have wanted this truck ever since I first saw it, the scale realism is tip top in my opinion. Thanks in advance on any feedback.

So wht was the benefits of not filling ur shock to the top? More droop/sag?
@CyconXc8 жыл бұрын
+Tigersfrea11 You shouldn't put the piston in all the way, you need that slight bit of rebound for when the shocks bottom out.

every 2 or 3 weeks i havent done it in 2 or 3 years since i built my kit
@TheFringes.8 жыл бұрын
Depends on your running surface, I run on carpet so I really only need to clean them every other month. If you run on dirt or loose and sandy conditions a few times a week, every 2 weeks is fine. Of course, since you haven't cleaned it in a very long time, you will need to completely tear down and rebuild the shocks, maybe even get new seals.
