Hi all in this video im just going over what i have done to my FTX Vantage Pro Roller, i go over hoe to improve your steering radius as well as what upgrades i have to it. This car is similar to the Hobbyking Quanum Vandal, VRX Spirit and the Integy i10b buggy many more so there are a lot of useful tips in this video for those cars. Hope you enjoy :)

Nice build and upgrade. I have the vandal and i'm doing the aluminum chassis upgrade and CF shock towers and alum shocks. Not quite as sweet setup as yours but should make mine more race competitive. cheers dude!

Upgrade recommendations

1. Metal hubs/ bearing carries if and or when they go. 2. Wheels and tires depending on driving 3. If the RTR version i would look at a new steering servo

Why not the aluminium front lower arms?

Need to give a breaking point on the car, plastic arms are cheap and easy to replace, putting metal arms will just move the break point to another part of the car typically the diff case

Where did you get the nice standoff bits for the top of your shocks? I've heard others complain when trying to work with those carbon shock mounts.

I believe they are a option part im not 100% sure as it came with the pro roller but im sure that they can be bought as a optional extra for the car and i didnt have any issues with the shock towers

hey dude can i have some help with my rc car it is a maverick ion xt and it is very slow to respond and when i does it makes half of the sound that means its out of charge the goes full throttle then i stop it and it wont reverse help me !!!

Hi there bud ill try my best haha. Um it sounds like something to do with the radio and/or esc i would say to try and re-calibrate the the radio to the esc. It could also be your motor to but most likely be your radio or esc :)

Thanks all workin now sorry to keep askin u but when I drive my rc car I keep hearing a clicking sound I have checked it and cannot find were it's coming from all I know is it is worse when I reverse thanks for the help

It's okay my friend always happy to help, as for the clicking sound it can be any number of things could be a diff or something in your pinion and spur best thing to do is to go through your drive train and check everything such as over tightening of screws etc :)

HI DUDE can this car take at stock ,a 3slipo batery without take damage?i see meny guys do that on yutube but is safe?or i burn my car!!!i am sure you know about that!i am comfused in the site of stock motor say can take 2-3s lipo but i dont know can you tell me for sure???have a good new year!!!

Except,if the main idea is to have 2 or 3 spur gears on your pocket??lol..no really, assumed that you dont put 3s but you upgrade the stock motor to a more powerful one,esc also,and you play 3s easy without frie your systems.. what s the answer again about spur gear..?i m trying to understand the logic of that...thanks again for your great videos man!!
