RC2014: Running CP/M on the Compact Flash Module

In this series of videos I'll be assembling an RC2014 Pro, a Z80 based microcomputer available for purchase online. I received this as a Christmas gift from Mrs B, after giving her some significant hints as to what I'd like.
The RC2014 is a brilliant design IMHO, and will be used by me as the foundation for many of my Z80-based hardware and software experiments.
In this video I'll be installing the previously assembled Compact Flash module. This is the sixth and final module to be installed, and required for CP/M. In the video I demonstrate how to switch the jumpers on the RAM and ROM module to run CPM, and offer tips on starting CP/M, loading programs and data onto the Compact Flash card, and executing loaded programs.
In addition it was noted that the reset circuit, previously marked as faulty, has started working

I like the RC2014. The Z80 is a nice and a reliable microprocessor. It has been around for many decades now. Many other processors like the X86 have a very short economic life, within only a few years they are replaced by newer versions. Come to think of it, the fashion industry has much in common with the computing industry. Both live on dreams and pretences.

Great video, so at 7:07 where you say "do not solder a link where it says link"... well, guess what I did? I also missed out that top row of pins and had to MacGyver them back in after soldering the bottom row (looks horrible now but it works). Thanks to your video I booted to CP/M! Also, I emailed Spencer, so hopefully he can improve the board to make it compatible with idiots like me! :D

I have this setup on the rc2014 classic ii. The ROM loads properly, but when I try to load CP/M, it accesses the CF flash card, then goes back to "Press [SPACE] to activate console". I think the compact flash card filesystem may not be installed properly.
