I am now retired living near Phoenix. However during the a 1980's and '90's, I lived in Seminole County and was a member of RCACF. Many fond memories. A great group of folks !

I am moving my family down to Orlando to start a job working in a laboratory June 1st. I fly Helis and Jets, and I was the President of our local Valley Forge Signal Seekers R/C club here in Pennsylvania in 2012. I have been flying RC since 1977. I am looking to do R/C with you gents this summer!

I sent my Membership application and $75 pro-rated membership fee in to the Post Office box in Orlando as I was told at the field. I sent it in Last Thursday the 16th of July and now another Saturday is here and I am wondering where my membership card is? I live and work here in Altamonte Springs for the last month. Please help.

What's your policy towards 3D pilots? Some years ago I flew at RC-World which was the best but they sold the property.

Love 3D plane action, bring it on! It's all about common courtesy. If you are hanging it on the prop and a plane needs to takeoff or land, then use friendly common sense. That way everyone can enjoy their style of flying. 3D helicopters must use the off runway North end of the field.

On transmitter I fly mode 1 witch is elevator &rudder on left stick throttle &aileron on right stick

Ah, now I understand. We all fly mode-2 here. I have only seen one pilot flying mode-1 here and he was on holiday from the UK.

@@roystheboy I am in the Greensboro NC area and I fly RC Planes and Helicopters using Mode 1 because I learned RC while in Okinawa, I'm thinking of moving to Florida when I retire

Hi I am now coming out on the 3st of August for 3 weeks to lake beuna vista how far is that from your club and are there any rc shows around that time thanks

It's probably 45 minutes from there with no traffic. I am not aware of any Airshows.
