I will be adding items to my store all the time and all proceeds go right back into the channel! Finally got all my parts in to install the scale RC4wd R4 trans. had to do a little more bracing on the frame as well.

Use a cardboard template for the floorboard and fire wall then lay it flat to cut it out, then make the tunnel separate. Just a thought

Thats the best way to do it. None of these were quite as fun as my first. After it was finished Ive had to resort to buying the parts I need. Seems to take some of the excitement out of it. Guess I need to get back to building kits for a while to build up my spares.

where did you get the wheels are they hex drive I have the slicks ( ashtrays with Confederate logos )

The wheels are from RC4wd. They are 1.9 mickey thompsons

what kind of rear transmission are you using like the name of it.

Do yo mean the rear axle? It is an old RC4wd Yota 1. The transmission is the rc4wd R4.

The tires are 1/8 scale model I picked up from eBay. The wheels are Rc4wd 1.9s

I'm looking at doing my own custom build out of aluminum cans in 8th scale. I've watched other videos on unibodies and I have ideas in my head, but still trying to figure out how to do it right, but still keeping it light (~12 lbs)
