Hosim is excellent with customer service. Register your purchase and they send you replacement parts anytime you need. If the damages are extensive they even sometimes send you a whole new RC. There are also upgradeable parts for their models available at their store and some aftermarket stores. I actually love Hosim line of RC Cars.

The drag brake I do believe can be adjusted and ideally eliminated by adjusting your throttle trim. I have a super fast 3s Hyper Go RC that eliminates the brake by using the throttle trim

I definitely love all your reviews I've been in this for 45 plus years I don't know what people do normally but your reviews are very substantial an informative so block out all the negative comments and just do what you do I really do appreciate everything that you do because it guided me not to buy some things or to buy them LOL anyways I think you're a super guy and you have a lot of information to share

With the 120c pack youre getting 180 amp discarge rate. With the 35c pack youre only getting 75 amps. Its not only about the c rating though. The c rating determines how many amps the battery can draw based off of the mah.

I got it on sale for 140$ after using a 20% off copon, i was really thinking hard if i should get it or not after watching all your videos about it, however i have some good news it seems like they have removed the drag brake in the latest models as mine didn't have this issue, i am happy with it and i think for 140 it is quite a reasonable price assuming you get one without the drag brake.

Any interest in that Hosim X17 they call 1:8th but is more like 1:10 scale? Just curious about that it has a slipper clutch unlike the X08... idk you can get those for like low 200's with the right deal....

Well I think top speed of the 2s pack was 27 mph so 3s at 39 is a surprise 😮wow I was expecting the 120 c to be punchy but not faster😮 still not getting but impressive

I was thinking about inertia, since the pins pull out the same direction of the inertia in a crash. If they were placed inside then inertia is pushing them in. I'm probably not explaining what I'm trying to say well. Sorry, I love your channel and I have learned so much from you. I just thought I might have a good idea. But you do that stuff professionally. I'm barely learning how to do this stuff. I do want to buy sine of your new stuff you are making. Thank you for all of the great content

Check out a 16th scale the beast with stock 2s batt itll do 35mph legit then on 3s seen 49.4 mph guy was jumping a tree a 20foot tall tree cpl times landed on wheels broke nothing its like $100

Surprisingly, I do not have the break issue mentioned in lots of X-07 / X-08 reviews. Instead, I am pretty sure I have just killed my second set of diffs, again without any heavy driving or using the break from more than just very slow driving. 🤯🤮🤬

Oh, and I can confirm this things is crazy fast for its size. It‘s really difficult to get it to full speed because it still wheelies at 75% throttle and we don‘t have those huge parking lots over here. But I still got it to 60 km/h so probably 37 or so mph.

@@rcguygarage No, definitely not. I like the car, and I could do with the motor overheating quickly, but I don‘t know how I am treating it wrong so the diffs break. My driving is so much lighter than yours, and still I have four broken diffs…

Initially i thought it was decent until i saw the price $249 is way too much for this, especially with that drag brake and you look at the other "cheapos" for that pricr. For that price i think we should at least get a real surpass hobby esc to turn off that garbage Its a beautiful truck...but nah bro might as well just stick to the x07
