Home made liquid mask - PVA glue, a touch of talcum powder and a tiny amount of dish detergent. Can thin down to spray through a touchup gun (0.8mm or larger), thin coats. More talc= more papery, less talc=tougher to cut. You can thank me later :P

My favorite current Tamiya...we have a very popular truck class for kids with currently 22 driver/builders 8- 16yr😎. I purchased the rc lapmonitor from France for our portable track( 3/4 pvc covered in pool noodle) which works amazing😎 The price can’t be beat $143USD with an ESC that is already brushless upgradable....More kit manufacturers should take note😎

UJ's on the front axles help as the driveshafts have a habit of falling out after a crash

im awaiting the delivery of my TT01-E its the new actros racing truck due to be delivered to me by the beginning of September so I'm quite interested to see how this one you're building goes together

This was my first RC build. The actual chassis, truck build was fun. I just did a bit at a time. The body is horrendous to build. And the decals are a proper pain in the ass. The truck runs good, but propeller shaft makes a horrible noise.

Ran mine standard for a while motor wise and took that plastic motor guard thing off,was getting hot.

Airbrush paint or spray tins? I normally use Tamiya from tins

Unfortunately that lovely body is sitting on a TT02 chassis and I’ve build enough of them for a lifetime lol. I might pickup a body set as I do love the look of the Audi.
