Just got mine, looking forward build. Surprising well finished. RTFI. Makes plain that beam piston assembly critical. It’s a gentle demo, not to run your house lol. This a good build thank u. Ps screw at cylinder base to stop water lock as per real thing. Release condensate till cylinder warmed up.

Its a good model, some of the tolerances are abit questionable though, i do wish it had a pressure gauge instead of a leaking whistle, ive got so many leaks everywhere i dont need a blow off valve lol

@@RCTanksTrucks247 get some synthetic steam oil for the piston instead, it will mix in the water and oil everything better, while oils like 3 in 1 get quickly flushed out by water. steam oil improves performance and gives a longer life for your engine, and synthetic wont tarnish brass like regular oil does, you can use 3 in 1 on the other joints other then the piston, but is more likely to tarnish the brass parts quicker.
