I work cleaning a school during summer and all the water dispenser are cleaned only then. Let me tell you it's nasty. We been cleaning them for the last 3 year's but the first time we cleaned them some had mold and really nasty. And now every year since then the dispensers are not as bad. But believe me after seeing how nasty they where I went home and clean my own dispenser and it was the same as nasty as some of the once at school. Now I clean it every month or two.

Really appreciate a genuinely comprehensive cleaning guide for these, just had one given to me but it was leaving nasty flakes in the water. Most info I could find before this just said to run cleaner then 2gals of water through the reservoir by both faucets, no mention of the drain tube or dismantling the faucet heads like this. Big thanks!

I took my 8 month old Costway water dispenser outside and did what you did. Blows my mind. Works great now. The water was coming out so slow. Took it apart and there was a tiny circular paper label floating around. You saved me. Thanks

Hi, I have a Hitachi HWD 4000 dispenser. I cleaned it as per your instructions however, the hot water tap is dispensing yellowish water. Not able to clean the tap though as it is of a different shape, beyond my understanding. Thanks

Same process the only difference mine had screws on the back it's a different model from yours but I was able to get it cleaned out thanks to your video very helpful

Thanks for sharing your knowledge. Dati yung lahat lng ng detachable part yun lng ang nalilinis ko. The rest wipe ko lng ng paper towel tapos rinse buhos dun s harap ko pinapadaan yung tubig haha! para mbanlawan lng. Naitapon ko n kz yung manual nsa likod pla yung drain non.😀

i think if mine got that bad ... dang that thing was nasty i would just get a new one ... learn my lesson and keep that one cleaner ... good tutorial though. also you should add a little bleach or vinegar with the soap to disinfect.

Eww that is one gross water dispenser! Normally people buy a drink dispenser to drink CLEAN water! That's just terrible you took so long to clean it! You tell everyone to clean every two months but you haven't cleaned yours since day one lol. But I'm glad it's clean now and hopefully you're up keeping it. Thanks for the intriguing video lol.

Mostly ganyan talaga nangyayari sa water dispenser lalo kung mineral water ang nilalagay.. sa purified na 0.00 ang tds malabong mang yari yan.. kung gus2 nyo maka secure na malinis tubig nyo. Mostly sa mga water station may tds tester sila. Pag purified dapat 0 ang tds. And recommended ko ang purified lalo na sa mga dispenser.. go for the top brand like wilkins.absolute.nature spring.Aquabest.aquaquest. mas mahal nga lang ng konti pero mas sure na malinis at quality ang tubig

Nakapag uwi po ako ng water dispenser from ksa LG ang compressor hot and cold type siya ngaun nalilito ako nakalagay kasi sa compressor 127volt tapos sa may switch ng hot is 230v nakalagay sa sticker niya Nag aalanganin ako isaksak sa 220 baka masunog kasi 127v lang ung nakalagay sa compressor.
