THE PERFECT TIKI TAKA TACTIC | FM23 TACTICS
Creating perfect tactics in #FM23 can be challenging, but in this Football Manager 2023 video, I breakdown how I created an ELITE Tiki Taka 4-3-2-1 in the hope it helps others to be able to create their "elite" tactic from scratch. In the video, I showcase the results I got with Palmeiras and Eibar, my method at looking at the tactic and recognising it's strengths. As always, I hope this helps others Football Manager players to be able to create their "perfect" tactic from scratch by taking hints and tips from the video and applying it to your tactic. What are the differences between 3 tactic files? When should I use which one?

One suggestion is to fix the brazlian kits colours. By default they come differente, idk why. But you can fix that in the game files. The path will be Programs Files (x86) > Steam > steamapps > common > Football Manager 2023 > data > database> db In db file you just need to go into every file and quit the brazilian_kits programs. pippo inzaghi definitely wasn;t a deep lying forward. As Cruyff said "inzaghi doesn't know football". 100% a poacher there. He would also stretch the opponents vertically so you can play better through the middle cause now your am strata is squeezed, as showed at that very bad sequence of passes at 18th minute of the video.

This tactic is absurd. Used it in first game of pre-season with Hamburg. Against an admittedly small team, we completed 809 out of 874 passes. 77% possession and 6.4 xG 🤪

Just play them as DM. If they are adaptable they'll get used to the position

Volante is similar to Box to Box, for Regista you can use RPM, for DM you can use CM (Support with hold position or defend)

I went with CM(D), DLP(S) and BTB. We played the second best team in the league and we won 2-0. 18 shots and 1.99 xg for us. 5 shots and 0.25 xg for them. Our star is an AMC and we have good CMs for our league so the tactic is a good fit for us. We’re in the 3rd tier of Northern Ireland and the tactic looks like it may work even at the lowest levels. Of course it was only one match, but I liked the passing I saw. 👍🏼

Sorry to say but this formation is trash. I tried it out with leicester and bro I was destroyed. liverpool scored 5-1, wolves scored 4-1 also everton 3-0 .The moment I saw that i just stoped using that formation. I think the fullbacks on automatic was the problem
