Arthur’s dead eye is different after Arthur gets diagnosed, which honestly is a nice touch that he knows that this is the end for him and has to decide to man he wanted to be till death awaits him. If Arthur’s well, he’s dead eye will not be low bass but also without the heartbeat.

Tbh high honor feels more calm as someone already said and alert/ready. Low feels like he's more of a rage induced ultra instinct that helps him kill as many as he can.

The high honor sounds calm and relaxing, almost like you're just taking your time. The low honor though feels like rage and anxiety is kicking in. I don't if it's just me but the low honor kinda sounds haunted, sounded like people who are screaming burning in hell for some reason.

The white flash that goes across the screen goes from right to left with high honor and left to right with low honor. This is also how most hero and villain entrances are on plays, with heroes come in from the right and the villains come in from the left

I noticed arthurs vision blurs when in high honor deadeye while in low honor the screen shakes a tad bit around the edges, idk why but I feel like blurred vision would be more suiting of low honor Arthur as him being dishonorable and crazy would presumably imply he cannot focus as well. I love games that sometimes have these little details that you miss if you don't pay attention because I swear I had no idea the appearance of the dead eye changes based on honor level.

You forgot the online character's deadeye, they have no heartbeat, no clock ticks but a ominous music playing that changes depending on each active dead eye card and it sounds differently with high/low honour, also the character gets visible effect in the dead eye mode, other players can also see them, but it varies from time to time

The only real difference is the background sound. High Honor sounds focused on battle, while Low Honor sounds indifferent about the kills.

You'll notice that whenever you go into forced Dead Eye in a mission, the Dead Eye effect will always be high honor effect. Arthur never goes into the Dead Eye mode in cutscenes unless it's honorable.

As far as I can hear, the only difference is that a calm wind is heard on the high honor. On low honor, this sound is distorted, making it sound like voices. The differences in visual effects. blur and shake. By the way, the screen shake reminded me of the effect of Trevor's rage from GTA.

I could listen to the high honor version forever. It has the ringing that both versions share but what makes high honor so good is the wind whistling and the subtle guitar strums. It gives a feeling of tranquility and calmness only the best gunslinger (and one of the last of them) is capable of.

Props to the player for getting low honor and high honor just to get this video out! (R.I.P to all the NPC’s who sacrificed themselves for this experiment)

The screen shaking when your deadeye core runs out is actually a neat reference to Trevor and his special ability, where when it was used the screen would shake in exactly the same way This just shows that Low Honor Arthur is on the edge of fully losing control and going crazy

That's hinestly fascinating. I've never had the heart, or maybe I have too much heart, to do a low honor playthrough. So I've never heard the low honor one to know there is a difference at all. High honor sounds so calm and serene, like Arthur/John is focusing, like they've gone into a trance like state or something. Low honor sounds so menacing and hostile.

Dead eye is like some kind of subconscious way of knowing the inner thoughts of characters that use dead eye. It could be things to focus on in combat, or things to focus on lining up one perfect shot, or revelling in chaos and remembeing the victims of your guns.

Low honor sounds like he's a mindless killing who only do it when he's bored so he can have some amusement in the wild and pull his gun out often because if he sees something he ain't liked he just put it down with a bullet and does so without any concern in the world, High Honor sounds like he knows why he pulled that gun out once again, because it was necessary and he was ready to give it all of himself to end the problem even if it resorts to killing. Simply putting it, High Honor is like Arthur moral compass changed and he wanted to be a Lawful Outlaw who made peace with what he did in the past and just want to leave it behind while Low Honor is like Arthur moral compass remained the same as in the past and he didn't changed at all from his past self so meaning the wind is like the screams of the lives of the innocent that he killed sounding like a screaming wind in the void of his brains, in Low Honor he remained a true Outlaw to the end but that just contradicts what this game is about and that being Redemption.

I like how the deadeye compliments their character it describe their skill and their being like for Arthur the clock doesn’t just represent Arthur’s speed it also compliments his experience and skill and also shows he knows how to time his shots like the tick of a second

i didnt know low honor and high honor were different. I thought the whispering screeches of the people that I have murdered was just normal.

i think the biggest diffrence is that at low Honor the Core is depleted instant instead of a slow decay.
