My study permit was refused because the officer wrongly judged that my bank cannot process international payment. Can I use another bank statement as POF when reapplying? I have more than one bank account.

Good day your videos are quite explanatory I got two rejections now from Canada study visa the second as a result of a gcms note I didn't wait for because it took long can I change the school I am applying to because the first was quite expensive and had to secure a loan for tuition but now am thinking of going to a less expensive school in which i can pay for my refusal was based of insufficient funds. Would it be wise to change my course as well
