Instantly transported me back to a house party, when I was a freshmen in high-school... About 60 of us, beer cans over our heads, dancing with our girls, rapping this song word for word..No cell phones, no cameras, no social media, just fun.. You're right on the Nirvana song but this reaction clearly shows there are so many that did not know this song existed. There are many other rap songs that are more recognizable than this song simply because this was not commercially played. Let Me Clear My Throat is definitely more recognizable than this. Hit Em Up, In The Club, Gin and Juice, Baby Got Back, Dear Mama and Summertime are just a few that I can name off of the top of my head.

I remember hearing Thug Luv at my best friends house the day the album released. Idr what yr it released. But Bone been apart of my life since that day. Its hard to accept the fact that they still arent as known as they should be. They r fucking legends. Nothing less than that.
