What sets Amber apart from other rich KZfaqrs in my opinion is that these items actually seem to spark joy for her and she's not afraid to share that with her viewers. She loves what she buys and buys them with intent - and also, alot of preloved things.

Yes, closet tours often make me cranky because it's just rich people bragging about how much they can spend. But I enjoyed this because I could feel her genuine interest in what she has collected. I also see fashion as art pieces, especially shoes, and she's the kind of person I want to be curating the art that I can't afford to own. I'll be over here curating the Converse and Doc Martens collection that future vintage buyers can hunt down!

@AznMushroomx3 part of the reason she does that is because she started her channel making dupe videos/budget friendly fashionand beauty, and a lot of her viewers still ask for that type of content. It's not my favorite, but I understand that her core fan base wants it from her.

Ms. Scholl pulled the pieces out, she explained why they were important to her, she referenced where they originated, she had matching sets to showcase how important they were, she even shared where she got them. None of the other closet tours provide half of the passion, curiosity, or insight.

Even though not everything is my taste, Amber’s closet is one of my favorites because she’s so intentional with her purchases & really curates what she buys. She doesn’t buy things just because they’re currently popular. She knows her style very well. Plus you can tell how much she really loves and appreciates everything.

I remember when she was gluing things together to make them look like designer pieces, and I’m so happy to see that she’s now at this point where all the things she was dreaming about are now her reality. From a young age, she was always interested in this sort of stuff (probably growing during the decade where this sort of in your face luxury started). I really love that about Amber tho! Regardless of the trends that come and go, she STICKS to what she loves most! She hasn’t changed her style much from when she started imo!

Amber was always that bubbly fashion girlie, I never had the same aesthetic or style than her. I would have never purchase the pieces she does, but I really loved watching her videos. You know that she has a deep rooted passion and appreciation for fashion and that’s something I always loved about her. Everything she wears and buys has an intend in the most beautiful way. She’s just that bubbly girl you would love to have around.

I don’t have the same taste in anything that she does, but I also love watching her videos. She never seems to worry about what she’s “supposed to” like or what’s trending right now, she just loves what she loves with uninhibited joy. Like her home renovation videos, I would not have made a single style choice she made in a million years, but every single item she brought in or design choice she made was because it would make her happy. Her videos always inspire me to focus on what I love and makes me happy, even if it’s not trendy or what’s expected of me.

I must confess to never having heard of this woman before but I loved her!! Her enthusiasm and sheer joy in her collection was quite infectious and now I don't feel even the slightest twinge of guilt at my own fledgling bag collection. I also liked that, yes, some of her bags showed wear and tear but at least they are worn and loved and, yes, they can get a bit beaten up but that's the life of wearable art. At the end of the day, bags are meant to carry your stuff in the most beautiful way possible. Great video. Thanks Luke and thanks to Amber too.

I love Amber Scholl! She’s such a genuine person, she’s so sweet and down-to-earth, she just loves luxurious things and she can afford them but she’s not like a stereotypical “rich girl” and she’s kept an amazing personality and bond with her fan base throughout her years on KZfaq. I wasn't one of the people who requested a review of her closet but I've been a fan since she was just staring out. Amber has a very distinct style and one thing about her is she barely follows the trend but she only wears what she likes. That's why she knows everything about her items and she speaks about them with so much joy.

I agree with comments and Luke in that is fun to watch some who knows and respects the provenance of their items along with "hunting" them out in thrift stores and online sites. It makes this closet video more a collection that is cared for not just a privileged person's showcase closet.

Her love for her items is contagious and I know she doesn’t just buy things she doesn’t absolutely go gaga over. That’s always been why I could watch her. Plenty of people have over the top luxury items but they turn me off so quick. Not her tho, because for me, watching her was a way to remember to love what I love and not to tone that down for anyone or any trend.

Yay! I've been watching Amber on and off for years and love watching the thought process behind her purchases and styling even though her style isn't too much like mine. She has such a lovely and wonderful personality behind her videos and I always enjoy seeing people who get excited about things even if I don't quite "get it" the same. I do agree with her on the Murakami bags tho, I was in love with them when they originally came out and they're still on my bucket list, and I'm not a big designer bag gal!

I love Amber so much. I wonder if her choices for a very 2000-2010s era is because this was a time when she wanted all those things and couldn't get them them. Now she has made it, she can make her younger self happy. I mean I can completely understand it because it's my thought process too. I saw so much stuff when I younger that I wanted but couldn't afford. Now I can and new stuff doesn't impress me much but getting a 2010 chanel GST made me cry ugly tears lol

Think what you want about her style, but very few have done as well as she, without onlyfans or a man to pay for it all. She came from less then nothing and look at her now! Amber was 5 years ago standing in front of Tiffany dreaming about a life in luxury yet with only $5 to her name. She has done crazy well, designing and selling fashion jewellery, loads of followers on different media platforms, now living in a penthouse driving a sports car, travelling the world in luxury and a wardrobe full of designer stuff. Amazing achievement! Respect!

You can see that the collection means something to her and she’s given thought to her purchases which is so much more than you can say for others in similar financial situations. As far as my personal opinion - I wasn’t blow away from much other than the gold Chanel bag. However, Im really not the one to judge archival fashion.

The first Prada shoes are FW17. I had a soft pink pair with jewelled vamp straps from that collection and they were STUNNING but stained so easily 😢 so I sold them. The Saint Laurent "Appelle-Moi" shoes I still own and they're SS17, Anthony Vaccarello's first collection. Painful but I don't think I could ever part with them because they're so unique! I recall Harper's or Vogue came out with an article just about the physics of that shoe. 😂
