Bigbang are good dancers but they focus more on engaging with the audience and singing live. I rather pay to go to a concert to hear artist sing live than watch them just dance and not sing live. This is why bigbang is my favourite group, you can always count on them singing live for their performances.

When social media wasn't massively used and the internet wasn't yet accessible to everyone else around the world, BIGBANG was already killing it. Most don't even know Kpop but they already know who BIGBANG is. And I knew them before Gangnam Style became a viral sensation. I only recently found out that BIGBANG doesn't focus on choreography or dancing. But you can tell they are good. They chose not to be boxed in the standard idol image. They would rather do things their way.

their live performances are one of the reasons why they are still considered the kings of kpop, since their stage presence is still unsurpassed. check out their mama performances, the biggest asian awards show and whenever they were there, it was like their concert. in 2014 gd even dissed mama right there and since they made up the majority of viewers for that show, they were invited in 2015 again. the only idol group who can do whatever they want, also the only group where every member is a very successful solo artist too.

They are really larger than life. It always amazes me how even just one member of BigBang can fill the entire stage. They just draw you in.

Fyi, every concert of Bigbang has live band that’s why it sounds little different from the original sounds. But live band is lit 🔥 we loved it!

GD & Taeyang are 1 of the best dancer in kpop, they just choose not to dance synchronize but rather dance swagger, lol

When BIGBANG debuted in 2006, I wasn't yet a fan, but I acknowledged they were a monster rookie for showing everyone, especially the general public, that idols can SING. There was so much hate surrounding idols at that time, but it was BIGBANG that initiated lots of changes that brought KPOP to where it is today.

GD actually trained at SM b/4 going to YG and SM is known for producing good dancers. GD and Big Bang just created a different style w/ YG and their choreographers, it’s known to be more relaxed and hard at the same time.

I think MAMA 2014 and MAMA 2015 are better videos for these songs. The first video was in Shanghai, that's why Seungri said in Chinese: Shanghai, let's have fun together. The second video must be in Japan looking at the size. They hold many dome tours in Japan both the group and GD, Daesung, Taeyang as solos. Up to their 0 to 10 concert, Big Bang have sold one million concert tickets at the Kyocera Dome, Osaka. That's not the whole Japan, not Osaka, that's one venue, Kyocera Dome, only! As for dancing, JYP once said Taeyang is the best dancer of all Korean boy groups. The CEO of Hype said the same thing about GD's ability of writing and producing songs.

That’s why i love Bigbang is because they are true to what they want to do! 😊💛 I shy away with KPop at first because im into singers who can sing and my impressions of idols at first are that they only dance but lipsync. Thats why in the KEntertainment even till now, the Idols have the one of the lowest ranking in entertainment. But Bigbang change all that, they are one of those that GP listens to them and respect their musicality. As what their leader says, GDragon they are singers not dancers so they dont focus much on choreography but rather on their lyrisicism and musicality to convey their artistry… That’s Bigbang for you! To your comment on how good of dancers the members of BigBang are. The harder and more in sync the group is dancing live the less time singing they will be able to do at the same time. It’s just physically impossible. Most of BingBang choreography on stage are done in between lyrics or for short bursts. If you check out some of their early MVs they do have some dancing. Number 1 has some sweet moves.

Big Bang was created competitively. They had to dance and sing. I'd say Top was the weakest dancer. But Big Bang is more of a choreo and it bit for freestyle where they kinda vibe in their own styles.
