I love most y'alls reactions, this one was a little heavy on rumors for me though! So can I caution you to not take what anybody in this fanbase says on behalf of any one of the members unless they qive you the source so you can see or hear with your own ears/eyes. If you have not heard it out they own mouths it's assumption, its projections, theory, cleverly placed & edited clips, it goes on and on and on. There's many created narratives around these grown ass men daily lives, dating, sexuality, etc..etc..when in fact not nan one of them has really said to much about it one way or the other as it should be. So anywho, just a suggestion and a word of caution about who you listening too and quoting as facts.

@acallista you're right. That video, which I have seen many of times myself, is still one that can be viewed in many many perspectives. Jimin may be talking about anything & everything when he refers to now being able to be his true self. That was a very broad statement. So again, with him not explicitly saying what he meant by that statement, it's still open to one individual's perspectives and nothing concrete.

It’s not a broad statement at all. Jimin was on a radio show in March and said twice “I’m not manly” these ppl just don’t want to listen to him bc he’s not fitting their stereotypical image of a man.

I don't know English well, so I don't know if I understand the content well. Jimin just looks pretty, but her personality is sweet, considerate, altruistic, polite, and humble, but has a manly and tough personality. Jimin studied modern dance, so his body is flexible and his dance moves are beautiful. He is also related to hip-hop from a young age and has learned various genres of dance. That's it. Jimin is just a beautiful and cool guy.

Jimin shines just by standing still. You can see all the beauty, cuteness, sexiness, handsomeness, and elegance that radiate from his appearance, and there is no time to get bored. Just looking at his face all day makes me happy. However, with such an ecstatic face and even his singing and dancing skills that no one can imitate, I can't think of the best word to express it. Jimin is just so fascinating. In my life, I have never seen anyone like Jimin. I've been looking at Jimin for 10 years and only looking for videos of him, but I still fall in love with him again and again every time I see him. I've never had this happen to a celebrity in my life, but Jimin is the only one. Please upload more videos of Jimin in the future.😊🥰💛

7:56 I think it's a but more nuanced than that.. The hip hop concept was pushed and they had to act sometimes tougher but Jimin still truly resonates with hip hop, even in his latest songs where he has 100% creative control over it is still very much hip hop influenced (Face off, set me free pt2) and he did start doing hip hop battles and learning about popping very very early on at like 14/15 because he loved it... So it wasn't totally fake.. in American Hustle Life he's just 19 so part of it was also just him figuring out himself and growing up in the spotlight.. But you will see later in documentaries that part of it was indeed also him struggling to allow himself to express and let out more of his feminine side! Both coexist

From my point of view as an old fan of Jimin, he always wanted to be a responsible and strong man despite his neutral beauty, which is why his dream was to become a policeman when he was young. He also learned many difficult martial arts, and to this day he is still training boxing at home . He only shows his cute side to the camera for the sake of his Korean fans who ask him to, because it's their culture. In his song Filter, he mentioned that he would become anything just to please his followers . His masculine personality appears in his clothing choices when he is traveling or at work that has nothing to do with the company or the band. For example, his clothes and his personality in promoting the Dior and Tiffany brands represented the real Jimin to me.

I completely agree with what you said. Jimin has a pretty appearance, but his personality is that of a strong man. And kindness isn't just for show, it's also Jimin's true self. Even if he doesn't try to look cute, Jimin is just cute in and of himself. So, Jimin's personality is manly, but he is also kind, considerate, polite, humble, kind, altruistic, and in conclusion, he is a wonderful and beautiful man. I'm not sure if I explained it well as I'm not speaking in my language.😊

You make it sound like Jimin is only kind and sweet in front of the camera but in fact no matter how disciplined he is when it comes to work, training and fitness, he is the same off camera. According to his father, Jimin has always been kind and respectful since he was a small child.

I appreciate that you appreciate Jimin! One thing though Jimin never said he wanted to be feminine. He just wanted to be himself and not pretend to be who he’s not. Jimin carries a very androgynous aura about him, but he never defined himself as feminine nor masculine. You can tell because Jimin doesn’t just exude feminine aura. The fandom sometimes mistaken Jimin as this delicate and sometimes even a weak character, damsel in distress which is totally the opposite of who Jimin is. In the end, we love Jimin for who he is no matter what. Thank you for your reaction.

I saw in one of the comments you said that you know Korean👉👈💙If you know Korean, can you please help me? This is also related to Jimin. In Shuchwita's episode with Taemin, Taemin says that they have a "gender neutral charm" and I think it is impossible to understand what he meant through translation into other languages. Please tell me what Taemin meant? I don’t think Taemin meant that they are androgynous... I think he meant either that both women and men like them, or he was talking about dancing and voice.. @@nastyakotova6881 Hello I took a look at Shuchwita again Taemin said “…지민이도 중성적인 매력이 있는 친구잖아요. 여리여리하고…” Taemin is talking about their aura (probably here in context of their persona as an artist/performer since that’s what they are talking about right before). Their appeal is gender-neutral (androgynous charm), not bound to a specific gender. Taemin said they are both physically more on the delicate side (여리여리하다). Hope that helps.

@@nastyakotova6881 I think it’s more than the concept. It’s their appeal but especially as a performer. But based on what Taemin said he’s talking more about how the aura they exude is not masculine or feminine. It does not fit in in either mold. Since this is about appeal, you could also say then their appeal is to both women and men. I’ve heard many compare Jimin’s type of charm to Prince (although I don’t know Prince well nor a fan). Prince, from what I hear, was delicate but so alluring and charismatic that he attracted both men and women alike.

I'm not a straight woman persay but I am a woman who is very attracted to men, and I find it very attractive when men can appreciate other men and acknowledge their beauty, because it's truly a neutral thing. I see beauty in nearly everything, and so I don't really like when people have such superficial barriers regarding if they can acknowledge when someone is attractive and react. It's accepted for women to compliment other women and say even quite forward things about them, why should it be any different with men?

Why do people listen to anyone other than the members themselves. NEVER has Jimin said he wants to be feminine. Jimin said he’s glad he doesn’t need to pretend anymore. They ALL started off showing their abs but it was Jimin who attracted the attention so it was changed to only Jimin lifting his shirt to show his abs. He hated it & said so. He was relieved when he no longer had to “act” manly and could be himself. Nothing to do with femininity. He wasn’t a piece of meat anymore. His love language is touch. He’s a hugger. This has nothing to do with being masculine or feminine. That’s a narrative pushed by shippers. Those who want him out of the way of their fantasies & those who want him in their fantasies. Unfortunately between them all he’s the one who cops the hate. Wake up & watch bts content & not home made edit bs where you’re steered towards one person’s narrative which is 99.9% of the time negative & mostly negative to Jimin. Everyone thought Yoongi was a grouch and lazy but found out from the members he’s the softest & acts like the youngest in the group. The members ALL say Jimin is the most mature in the group. It’s not that Jimin wanted to be more feminine, he didn’t like the toxic masculinity. He was suppose to be the tough guy. Yes, Jimin is a lethal weapon because of all of his martial arts training, but he is not Dr. Dre or Young Thug. Now, don’t get it twisted he use to have a fierce temper. The members said in the past he was the one you don’t need to make mad. He will wear the hll out of a suit, but he is not Rupaul. He is in touch with his feminine side, but he is not trying to be a girl.

Thanks for the reaction. Jimin has an undeniable sexy presence. As for the boys' hip hop era, I don't think it was a hoax. BTS initially had a hip hop aesthetic. It was a construction in that sense. Over time, BTS diversified and entered other musical styles and the boys themselves became freer to use aesthetics according to their personality. I think that came with maturity too. They have said several times that it was only over time that they found themselves and discovered their own personality, especially because when they started, they were very young. But this is just my humble opinion.💜

And a solo stan is someone who like only one member of a group and claim theyre being mistreated by the company. talking down on the other members and what not. allot of your subscribers are probably jimin solo stans due to how you’ve reacted to videos like this, his introduction, the video of men questioning their sexualities. Jins birthday is on the 4th, tomorrow in korea, maybe you guys should watch a video for him. maybe a funny compilation (do not watch a ‘funny moments’ video) or listen to some of his solo music

@@Urmomsdaddy1 don't forget that any fanbase has a few bad apples. and the bts fanbase is in the ten millions. there are plenty of jimin bias fans who love all seven members so I think it's highly inaccurate to imply any jimin reaction videos are any different than any other member reaction videos, with of course bts fans including their bias fans and maybe a bad apple once in a while. also I disagree that any people making astute measurable observations about unfairness from Billboard, label n or even Korean government should be seen as coming from a weird intention

Hmmm. I have been following bts since 2016 and my observation says jimin is a boy a masculine boy the company wanted him to become untouchable brand which he has become. He is IT Boy of 3rd generation Idols. He is known as Bible of idols and officially become King of Kpop after he received award from Melon. He has topped King of Kpop charts and votes for consecutive 5 years. When he is not with BTS he is still very masculine but on camera with bts has an image of THE PARK JIMIN.

They wanted to be hiphop bc that was originally the goal. The first 3 members of the group were the rappers so they always planned on being hiphop. Somebody correct me if I’m wrong but Jimin almost didn’t debut bc the company didn’t think he fit, especially his dancing. They all still like hiphop but they’re just themselves now and aren’t forcing it

Jimin didn't want to sing hip hop because that wasn't his style of music, he wanted to be a vocalist in the group and modern dancer before BTS he went to a gifted school because he was such a great dancer, Remind the TV show called Fame. Suga went to the agency Bang Si-hyuk told him stop making Jimin sing Hip Hop because he doesn't like it and he's not good at it😂 Make him a vocalist and let him dance because we can't afford to lose him.
