PIXY members said at the time of debut that we shouldn't get attached to the concept they were promoting, because they wanted to explore other concepts over time. I sincerely like this decision they and the company made, especially after seeing that they are able to explore other concepts and musical styles without losing their essence.

PIXY continues to find incredibly unique ways to grow their sound and expand on their concept without losing the essence of what makes them unique. The EDM/rock sounds are all over the new EP but I’m also loving that they continued to adopt the disco-funk styling. PS - I love Sua’s hat, but am a lesser fan of her corset (we call it in the ballet world “tulle abuse” hahaha)! I actually appreciate their overall styling because while many k-pop groups tend to lean into fashion as a real world aesthetic (for that sweet sweet brand recognition) PIXY treats their styling as theatrical costuming. Which makes sense to me since their concepts are quite theatrical in nature. Thanks again for reacting to PIXY! Fighting! 🦋💥💪🏼

The opening of SMCU 2 is Black Mamba orchestra version. It's epic on the series but the UN performance version last year(I think) was superb 👍👍👍 u might wanna check it sometime cause damn it was dark and epic

Reason i'm in love with PIXY is solely because they always surprise us with their comebacks, and depending upon their storyline they explore different sounds which i think is working perfectly for them, like this comeback is about them being reborn in to whole new dimension and those who are following their story in bewitched there was a glimpse of the witch and this time they did mentioned about someone helping them out (i think the at the end of the video) + theyre in the modern era so this sound feels perfect for the whole album if theyre gonna stick to the storyline i dont think they will ever lose their identity, also im hoping they really get the recognition they deserve

I was thinking about Pixy. I think they debuted with something that would reel in an audience and then they established their sound. I think since The Moon, they’ve really leaned into this “funky groove” sound And it fits them so well!

Remember how you said you think you have to stan PIXY after you watched their Bewitched m/v?? :P The outfits in Villain are... controversial, from the reactions I've watched (which is all of them). Especially Sua's hat. lol I think they didn't wear suits for this m/v because they already have an m/v where they wear suits (The Moon). But there is a stage for Villain where they are wearing business-style outfits and they look absolutely stunning. They are missing a member this comeback. Ella is unfortunately on hiatus for health reasons. That they were able to put out such a bop despite the absence of their main vocalist definitely speaks to how talented they are. I've had their Reborn album on repeat since it came out! It is just soooo good, and somehow with every listen it sounds even better which makes me want to listen to it again!. So I guess that answers your question about how I feel about this comeback's music. Yes, I wish Ella was able to participate as I absolutely adore her... but the rest of the group did a stellar job on this album. They still feel like a whole group. And their music still feels like it's PIXY's music. If Ella is back for the the next comeback (fingers crossed!) and they keep up with Reborn's style... I will be officially dead. What I’m getting from each member in which black mamba is trying to attack are Ningning= Words can cut like knife so like the hate comments they receive. Giselle= Wanting them to hide in others image or them being pressured to thing they don’t want to. Winter= Countless amount of rumors that goes around about them that is not even true Karina= Not able to accept herself so insecurities begin to appear I really love this ep…it’s so sad that we gotta wait until next year to see ep3😭but I can’t wait

The thing about Pixy is that ALL their songs relate to their lore of Pixies. If you look at their World Views they show a storyline that with each comeback, reveals more of the story. If you really like Pixy I would check out their stuff a bit more in depth and you will see how much each comeback relates to each other.
