She's like a kid in the schoolyard who wants to be part of the cool kids, but they aren't letting in. Rebuff after rebuff within a couple of minutes. Very clear that the rest of them don't like her and thinks she doesn't belong there.

This is one of the best clips of her! That's because if a big bald, buff military dude is too uncomfortable to let her touch him, or even stand next to him, then there's something VERY wrong with her. She ends up in the middle with everybody so far away on both sides, and she creeps her way back towards him, so she's not alone. And don't think for one secondthat she just randomly picked a target. There's reasons why she chose him.

Someone should have given her a mic, we know she's lost without one, she doesn't know what to do with her hands. Nothing embarrasses her, but she makes me cringe on her behalf.

The vibe on the stage is telling nobody wants to be next to her. I suspect there was something shady going on “behind the scenes” with her usually rude behavior towards people. She barged into the middle of the stage and everyone took a step to the side. That’s why she sticks out like a sore thumb and she is so awkward, she can’t sing, she can’t dance, she was not even a celebrity at the time. Oh, that’s right, she was visiting the troops to bulk up her “resume” to bag Harry.

Oh yeah this one is so telling. This was when she was a relatively unknown person. Dunno what strings she pulled, but she got someone else who was supposed to go(who was well liked) get booted so she can larp as a compassionate person, and judging by the people on stage, behaved like a total shrew backstage. Hence the shunning.

I have heard several times that Meg has an odor problem. She smokes (a lot) and tries to cover the smell with some powerful perfume that many people don't care for, by itself, but combined with the reek of tobacco, it's an assault. That could be why she so often finds herself standing alone.

I'm late to this party but thanks for covering this video - because in it's entirety, it's worse. I actually did feel sorry for her. I'm from a military family and I believe this was a two-day event. Apparently Meghan was manic the whole time, flirting with everyone, over-hugging (as usual), and they were so sick of her that they just ignored her. She was a lone self on the stage, didn't know the song lineup and didn't know the lines, and there is no actual reason - other than her pr team - that she should have ever been there.

I think she was in the middle because everyone there was clearly trying to distance themselves from her.

This video really shows, more than any other, how much she needs other people to function, and her somaticism, esp. with the physical. Not only does she need various forms of fuel, but different types of control, acquisition of and needing feedback on her performance of character traits, she’s SO empty. She’s SO BUSY with trying to figure out what character traits to show, that she’s just mimicking, and she’s not able to keep up with parts of her facade. I’ve noticed this in other forms too, where she can’t manage her facade at all, showing full facial expressions of anger, disgust, etc, at important public events! But in this video, she’s preoccupied with control and has NO IDEA of what the appropriate behavior is, so she’s literally reduced to complete mimicry of others. It shows her lack of intelligence and just how unsophisticated her narcissism is.

I've seen this video a number of times. What I read is that no one on that stage wanted anything to do with meg. I think something went on behind the scene prior to the performance. I feel that neg forced her way onstage. It's Christmas and it's a USO event and her purpose for being there was to be seen as if she belonged. It clearly was one of her cringiest moments ever.
