There are reasons to believe that the foundation haven’t figured it out yet, we as readers have the luxury of not being able to be affected by the anomalies and like what the documents showed, the foundation didn’t even realize that the rabbit entity has swapped identity with the doctor since their second encounter.

Another great SCP, that is somewhat related to this (but doesn't have to be at the top of your list as it doesn't really lead to anything else) is SCP-5935 "Blood and the Breaking of my Heart" Edit: 5935 is also somewhat connected to SCP-4840 (which itself is basically the sequel to SCP-4812) and thus the greater kaktusverse/Project Paragon, so i guess you should put 5935 in yourlist somewhere behind 4812 and 4840.

Although there is a tale the said the Dr. Wondertainment worked at the Factory in the past but managed to escape. 32:26 Nothing you said here made any sense. The Foundation's job is to contain not learn. They learn and experiment to get knowledge to help them contain it better or contain other scps. Also its keter so they cant leave it alone.
